Menginap di hotel ini sungguh pengalaman yang luar biasa, bisa melihat pemandangan laut yang indah dari jendela kamar, dan juga bertemu dengan staf yang sangat ramah, yang saya kenal: Alice, Lin, Nahid, dan Akram. Senang sekali bisa bertemu mereka.

Clean, wonderful location, brilliant service. Opposite the Hilton and Four Seasons, but I would absolutely prefer to stay here again….& again. From the room to the rooftop pool, it was a wonderful home away from home for my 9 day stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Arrived after our flight was delayed overnight. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was an apartment, very well supplied and clean. Comfortable bed. A couple of places to eat nearby, we were sad we were not staying longer.

The hotel pictures do not reflect the truth. The shower room was terrible, rust and untidiness. The windows were very dirty, the carpets were musty. It reminded me more of a guesthouse than a hotel. Quiet. The kitchen was clean and practical, a large fridge and a washing machine, which were a plus. Poola area also quiet and nice. Staff was friendly. Good small store in the basement! It was cheap, 760 euros/7 night so in that price you'll get that experience.

The staff in general were very polite, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is very nice in terms of ambiance, surroundings and the lobby area.
Unfortunately, the apartments were underwhelming. We had to move apartments due to how bad they were. Although as mentioned, the staff were very good and they moved us with ease, so issues there.
Overall, it won't be somewhere I will stay again.

they would call themselves a luxury hotel but that time has long been gone.
the people at the reception seem uninterested and everything takes forever, the breakfast was horrible and all day the same (choose out of two options). the room was big and mostly clean but they would not clean the rooms daily. sometimes they took a dirty towel but would not leave a new one instead. best thing was the pool
