We spent New Year here with our family Hotel is clean, staff are courteous and polite and the General Manager is Excellent, very nice place

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, freundlich, sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war der Baulärm rundherum um das Hotel, da konnte aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

Excellent stay but getting to and from hotel was challenging on foot.I would recommend not trying to walk from hotel until present roadworks are finished.We were there first week in February and roadworks were very challenging.
There are taxis to use.Also local metro is very cheap and efficient and well worth trying.

Hotel bangunan lama tapi masih terawat. Tapi begitu masuk ruangan tercium bau apek namun tidak di semua ruangan perlu pewangi untuk ruangan biar lebih wangi. Namun hotel ini juara untuk breakfastnya makanannya enak. Kamar perlu renovasi sejauh ini masih terawat hanya perlu sentuhan modern lagi agar bisa bersaing dengan hotel lainnya. Pelayan sangat ramah terutama bapak tua india yang membawa barang di hotel dan pelayam restoran yang siap siaga, excellent service. Semoga lain kali datang kesini hotel sudah direnovasi dengan baik.
