It was the perfect hotel to go around Prague. It is very conveniently located for tourist attractions and shopping. The staff were amazing! The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Meters away from public transportation, walkable to major attractions. Will only stay at NH Carlo IV when in Prague!

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We booked room only so didn't have the breakfast. We used the spa on our last morning and it was a lovely good sized pool although the jacuzzi pools were a little cold. The availability of water in the reception area was very welcome after a busy day visiting the sites of Prague. We were a little disappointed with our room as it was quite small and the window was high up with no view. The air con didn't seem to cool the room down enough for us so we had to leave the window open all night. The champagne and chocolate strawberries in our room on arrival were a thoughtful touch as we were celebrating a special anniversary. This was our first trip to Prague and we felt that the hotel was a little too far from the Old Town area. A lovely hotel but we probably wouldn't book again.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here! The staff was attentive and welcoming. We used the spa and gym everyday. The location is convenient for walking to main attractions or getting around by tram. The tram and central station are across the street. A few of our favorite dining spots: pho 55, artic bakery, kuchyn, coffee & waffles and Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

Amazing experience! We chose this hotel for our mini honeymoon right after our wedding, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special, surprising us with a sweet treat and a bottle of bubbly in our room which was such a thoughtful touch. The concierge service was outstanding, and every member of the team was incredibly attentive and helpful.
Our room was beautifully appointed, simple yet elegant, with everything we needed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring we had the best night's sleep. And let's talk about the downstairs area; it’s absolutely stunning, with gorgeous décor that creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We also treated ourselves to room service, and the food was exceptional. The burger we ordered was cooked to perfection and truly delicious. Every detail during our stay reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
Overall, this was a perfect 5 star experience, and we’ll treasure the memories forever!

A nuestra llegada nos asignaron una habitación pequeña para nosotros tres y ruidosa por su proximidad con la calle de los tranvías y por estar en planta baja, pero el chico encargado de la gestión de clientes (creo que youseef) en la mesa redonda junto a la recepción nos acomodó en otra habitación mas grande y tranquila. La verdad que todo el personal muy atento y el hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado
