There isn’t even drinking water in the rooms. When you ask for it, the staff simply tell you they can sell it to you, or that you can go to the kitchen and drink from the fountain. Since I have a very early check-out time in the morning, around 5:00, I asked for a small takeaway sandwich for breakfast, but the answer was that I would have to wait until breakfast time. So, essentially, all you get here is just a bed.

This has been our sixth time stopping at this hotel to rest after a long journey across Europe and Romania on the way back. It is always clean, cozy, and comfortable, with its own stylish industrial-themed décor. Breakfast is very good, and the food in their restaurant is delicious. I highly recommend it as a stopover for a restful break.

The hotel is clean, modern, and exactly what you’d expect. The rooms were spotless and stylish, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Would definitely stay again — excellent value and service!

nice newer hotel outskirts of town more of a industrial area. Decent breakfast. NO Laundry service even though it says does. Clean and quiet good for business traveler.

I arrived at the property after a long journey and found that the staff were not helpful nor competent. One particular receptionist was rude. I asked to see a manager twice but none were around even at 9:00 am. I also asked about a procedure for filing a complaint and they did not seem to know if they had one. Instead I was given an e-mail address to which I could write but when I did it proved to be wrong. I have stayed in this hotel before and I can notice a decline in the quality of service and a lack of care towards their customers. The organisational culture of this institution must be awful as nobody seems to care. I wonder why Ibis tolerates such a aituation

New hotel, excellent condition, good breakfast! Great staff! Very often you will receive an unexpected upgrade to your room!

Good stop on the road

We arrived late due to delays at the border crossing. When we called to let the hotel know the receptionist was great, reassuring us that there would be no problem and not to rush. On arrival she was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice welcome after a long journey.

Gutes Hotel wenn man nahe and der Autobahn sein möchte

Das unfreundliche Personal ever. Kein Lächeln, kein Hallo, geschweige denn ein herzliches Willkommen. Es wurde noch nicht einmal der Kopf gehoben…schlecht! Darüber hinaus fand eine oder mehrere Veranstaltungen statt und es gab keine Möglichkeit das Restaurant zu nutzen. Das Hotel liegt am „Ende der Welt“ und wir mussten wieder mit dem Auto durch die Gegend fahren. Frechheit!!!

Das Zimmer und das Bad ist sehr sauber, das Bett ist bequem. Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung.
