Staff were responsive and helpful. Airport shuttle is convenient, prompt, and clean. Checkout is early at 11:00 am but extensions are available. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good variety. Rooms were updated and immaculate. Management is onsite and were invested in providing the best experience for guests.

The entire place was spotless, there was an outside security guard, the room was immaculate with comfortable beds, and the staff all was friendly and helpful. They bring you a delicious breakfast to your outside personal patio. Don't let the low price deceit you!

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I waited 2.5 hours after ordering for food and they never told me the wait would be that long they just kept saying 15 or 20 more minutes. Then I found out they had to go to the store to but the food since the kitchen was completely empty. Then I found a bed bug in my room and they refused to believe me until I killed it and showed them. They switched me to another room and in the middle of the night I woke up to a memberof the staff entering my room then claimingthey didn't know someone was in there. In the morning the airport shuttle I confirmed with them 3 times the day before was not available.
