Koi Resort Saint Kitts, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beautiful property. Very friendly staff. But, the breakfast buffet and the bar are very unsanitary. The bar was constantly full of flies. The breakfast buffet was covered in flies and small birds that left droppings on the seats and tables. These things need to be addressed,

I stayed 1 night but it was clean and l appreciated the service from the staff. The food was tasty. It is located a distance from the town area but its a beautiful area and close to the ocean.

You will need transportation as it’s not within walking distance of anything.

Estaba buena la habitación y todo limpio . Pero recomendaría por lo menos poner una botella de agua . Entramos tarde y descansamos pero sin poder beber agua en todo la noche . Para el precio que tiene ,creo q podría evaluarse

We had a wonderful time at the Koi Resort St Kitts. From the moment we stepped out of the airport we were warmly received and taken directly to the hotel. Check in was smooth and quick with some of the best customer service I've experienced at front desk. A special thank you to Kayla & Shealiyah. The restaurant delivered some amazing food that we both really enjoyed. The Spa was very refreshing and we really enjoyed our massages as well. Thank you to Sophia for making that happen. We will definitely be back in the near future!

It was very secluded and peaceful.

Convenient location and very friendly staff but room was not well maintained with dried toothpaste in the glasses and a shower with mould & rust that leaked across the floor. The F&B space is uninviting and devoid of atmosphere - such a shame given the beautiful views.

The property was close to that airport and was a nice clean facility, but aside from the pool there was not much the property had to offer. The beach here is not swimmable, the location was not really close to much and so you’d have to taxi everywhere for about $20 one way. The little convenience store at the hotel could definitely use an upgrade, I bought a razor and a canned juice and was charged $20 so it seemed a bit excessive plus nothing was labeled with pricing information in the store so that was not helpful. The staff was generally friendly and booked us a taxi when we requested and also let us check out a bit later which was nice and because we only planned to stay 1 night this hotel was suitable but for a family on vacation or someone staying looking to stay multiple nights the location and lack of facilities or amenities may be the biggest downside.

Our stay at the Koi resort was amazing, the property was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our time. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday especially Cherilyn Harvey who helped to decorate our room for a surprise birthday decor. The food was we ordered was delicious and service was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here!!!!

Rooms were good. Lobby is a bit dreary. Access to main outside roads is challenging.

Need more of the culture of the island in their hotel concept

Nice hotel for a good price. Breakfast was fair. Our room was clean without a balcony “ Mountain View” is rooftop of entry carport. Nice gym.

Peaceful and quiet place for a restful time. Delicious meals at the restaurant

The food wasn’t the best and the fact that they came in the room to clean even when sign wasn’t presented on the door was kind of crazy. My children was in the bed sleeping one of the 2 times they did.

The property has a very good gym, and the rooms are modern and high-quality as you would expect from a Hilton. Unfortunately the location is not good, on the very windy Atlantic coast, with no beach to speak of, and the "pool" is more of a murky pond. The breakfast buffet was terrible, and extremely poor value for US$25 each.

Beautiful location, nice smaller hotel. Front staff all kind and helpful. Restaurant is a little expensive with smaller portions and servers seemed a little disenchanted. Location is 5mins from the airport but a 10-15min drive to the port and 15min drive to Frigate Bay so not walkable to anywhere but you can hire the hotel transport for a very reasonable price and excellent drivers. Would definitely recommend - overall excellent value for a good price.

This is my second stay in a two month period (first was for my father’s funeral) and very enjoyable this time. The service was AMAZING and the rooms gorgeous, large, updated and well kept daily by the service team. I choose stay here vs the Marriott (over priced) because of the staff who treat you like family and the food. I did not give it 5 stars because the continental breakfast could include more proteins (chicken, beef, fish) as options, if possible. Cherilyn gave impeccable service to my rooms as well as ALL of the staff!
