Great place to stay

No comment here as I filed a complaint and refund request with Expedia. I left the following day and had to find another hotel. I sustained a fall the first night in my assigned room.

Great service, clean accommodations and I would definitely recommend it. There was an issue with the room on night one Patchouli and Ricky were awesome at resolving the problem quickly.

Lots to like about Bay Gardens Inn. Good position for bars, restaurants, shops and Reduit Beach. However we were put in Room 146, ground floor, which looks out over the car park and road to the delivery entrance of the hotel. Woken up early in the morning (4.45am to 6.30am) by deliveries and staff making noise. Lack of privacy as doors or curtains had to be closed all the time. Asked to be moved and just told (quite rudely in fact) it was our fault for not requesting a garden view room. Would definitely stay again but would definitely refuse rooms 145, 146, 245 or 246

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay here immensely! The staff are wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable and it's in a great location. Highly recommend a stay here when you're in St. Lucia

Close to food and transport and resort

The hotel presents several issues. The shower wasn’t working properly and it was impossible to take a shower without burning or freezing. Breakfast was of low quality as dinner buffet. Facilities and room furniture are old. Hair drier exploded while in use. Very pricey for the quality offered. Staff should be kinder and more professional.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Great manager's party.

Unfortunately, this was not the hotel for me. Decent for a 1-night stay but not more than that. The hotel staff were nice, pleasant, and helpful. Front desk representative Patunia (forgive me if I’ve misspelled her name) was wonderful, as was security guard Marcel who was always greeted us well. However, the property is very dated and needs a good renovation. On arrival, we received a room that had an old school lock and key safe but the lock was missing - you read that right, the lock was missing. When I called the front desk to have this addressed they said there aren’t enough locks/keys for every room and I’d have to wait until someone checks out to get one. After carrying our valuables around with us for almost 2 days (as we explored the island) and multiple checkins with the front desk on the status of the lock, I had enough. I requested a new room or a partial refund because I booked a room with a functioning safe. Magically, a lock/key became available after that request. The water pressure and shower temperature the first day was room temperature and just cold the second day, but they managed to fix the issue. The microwave (appeared to be new) did not work and had to be rewired. Other issues were stains on walls and floors, cracks/chips in tiles, worn out grout. That said, the rooms were clean and I found the overall cleanliness to be good. Do NOT use the hotel taxi service (Bay Garden Resorts Taxi service). The Manager named Telvin John was extremely rude!

Close to the shops

First of all I pay doble the amount of money for my stay than my college Eventough we had same room Rooms of the hotels are very old, bed with mattress old and bad smell Food was not of good quality Hotel does not have a restaurant we had to walk to another hotel to take our meals The have a shuttle to the beach but also have to go to the other hotel to get the ride Bathroom old shower difficult because had problems with the faucet it took me at least 5 minutes to get it as desirable temperature In conclusion to not stay there unless do not have the money to get a better hotel

The Inn was very nice and quiet. I only stayed for 1 night but the area was very appealing, staff was friendly, and food was good.
