O Hotel é um paraíso. Vistas deslumbrantes. O Bangalô é lindo, confortável, espaçoso. Fantástico. Recomendo ficar no bangalô para viagem em casal. Fará diferença. Apenas as roupas de cama e banho poderiam ser melhores e novas. Melhorar também a quantidade e qualidade das amenidades de banho. Para este perfil de estadia, meu feedback seria melhorarem neste sentido. O restante do quesito bangalô é espetacular. O menu de comidas e qualidade do chef foi espetacular. Variedade e qualidade. Apenas o horário de atendimento poderiam melhorar. Quando chega 21:00hs desligam todas as luzes. A carta de vinhos também, pelo perfil de estadia podem melhorar. O restante do hotel é fantástico. Acolhimento e carinho dos funcionários. Iluminação do hotel, restaurante e bangalô é espetacular e romântico. A praia perfeita. Areia clara, tranquila e água cristalina. Um azul turquesa de cair o queixo. Recomendo o passeio para Ocean Trench. Motoristas atenciosos e pontuais. Saímos do hotel 09/11/25. Ficamos 5 diárias. Exceptional stay at Coconut Beach Resort & Spa! We stayed in Fale Tautai, an overwater bungalow (the second on the right along the path, with a west-facing deck offering stunning sunset views). The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking ocean scenery all around. We loved being able to see turtles, fish, and starfish right from our fale even through the glass panels beneath the coffee table and in the bathroom! The bathtub with an ocean view was a highlight, and watching the sunset each evening from our deck felt like a dream. The Samoan staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, making our stay feel truly special. We also enjoyed a lively Fiafia Night offered by the resort free of charge. It is a wonderful experience filled with traditional Samoan music, dance, and culture. We had a deeply relaxing Coco Massage at the spa. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so grateful for the experience. We can’t wait to return someday as true “Coconuts.” Soifua ma ia manuia! 🌺

Food was incredible, staff are extremely helpful and even called our car rental when they were running late and gave them directions. Tasi at the bar was especially friendly, and as were the ladies at the bar. I was 5 months pregnant and everyone was very kind and accommodating to my needs. We stayed in the over water bungalows which were gorgeous, a really authentic island experience, and the aircon works great. Beds were a little soft but thats up to personal preference. There are a couple of dogs on the property who are absolutely lovely, they wont bother you unless you call them over and then they're really friendly.

The only issue i had was the dog poop, not always removed. And the pool should be cleaned 2 x aday.

A beautiful beach and poolside resort with a family feel. You might sight turtles at high tide as they feed. Opportunities to kayak, paddleboard ,snorkle or go surfing. An excellent and delicious menu in the restaurant .

Loved it was right on the waters edge. The staff was very pleasant and assisted in anyway possible. Massage girls good fun. Wished the Manager had introduced himself as that, rather than just chatting in incognito and appearing to be just another guest. The rooms were incredible and all had their own character and price per night, no doubt.

We loved our stay in an over water fale here. It was large and bright with perfect ocean views. It felt private despite there being 5 other fakes over the water. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was great - again very spacious with views of the ocean from the shower/bath. The hospitality of staff was outstanding. The restaurant and bar offered good food and a wide variety of cocktails. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well maintained. We loved that the service felt personal because the resort is small. This also made it quiet and relaxing and there was no fighting for pool chairs or a seat at the bar. There was free use of snorkels and kayaks to enjoy the very calm and clear waters around the resort. There was a free guest library to swap books. We absolutely loved our stay of 4 nights. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Coconut resort and spa was wonderful. The resort is perfect for quiet and safe stay. Feels very private even though the resort was at full occupancy during our stay. We stayed in beach side fale. Great sized fale with authentic samoan vibe, built out of volcanic stone. The bathroom was incredible as semi outside with shower water coming out of stone wall. Access to beach felt like private beach Restaurant had great spaces, undercover and open air near the water. Food ok. Some reviewrs complained about limited continental breakfast. It was explianed to us continental breakfast was included which was ok for us. If you wanted additional choices they were available to buy. Spa building is really good quality semi outdoor setting and quality of massage good. Sunday cultural day was fabulous and the FiaFia night with fire dancers was great as oart of our stay. Not for people wanting to party. All guests during our stay were well behaved. Great place to relax and soak up authentic Samoa. We will be back. Thank you team at Coconuts.

We stayed in Fale Lina, one of the over the water fales. Surrounded by crystal clear aqua-blue water we spent hours on our large patio watching ocean ripples for sea turtles. (Which we saw often!) Each morning I’d grab my mask and fins and snorkel out to the nearby reef for a closer look at the abundance of sea life. It was like a dream to be in this tropical paradise immersed with these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. Coconuts’ beaches are pristine, ample and clean. The entire property is peaceful and comfortable with several beach huts to relax under. It was a perfect place to disappear, slow down and recharge. Thursday was FiaFia night in the open air dining room where local village residents told a historic tale of Samoa through song and fire-dance. They were proud and welcoming with this ceremony and it felt special to be part of it. It was a highlight for sure & like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The food is good & fresh, and the chef is happy to make adjustments for dietary needs. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and kind. We were so happy with our stay here and hope to return one day. Thank you to the beautiful Coconuts family for a wonderful stay!

O Hotel é um paraíso. Vistas deslumbrantes. O Bangalô é lindo, confortável, espaçoso. Fantástico. Recomendo ficar no bangalô para viagem em casal. Fará diferença. Apenas as roupas de cama e banho poderiam ser melhores e novas. Melhorar também a quantidade e qualidade das amenidades de banho. Para este perfil de estadia, meu feedback seria melhorarem neste sentido. O restante do quesito bangalô é espetacular. O menu de comidas e qualidade do chef foi espetacular. Variedade e qualidade. Apenas o horário de atendimento poderiam melhorar. Quando chega 21:00hs desligam todas as luzes. A carta de vinhos também, pelo perfil de estadia podem melhorar. O restante do hotel é fantástico. Acolhimento e carinho dos funcionários. Iluminação do hotel, restaurante e bangalô é espetacular e romântico. A praia perfeita. Areia clara, tranquila e água cristalina. Um azul turquesa de cair o queixo. Recomendo o passeio para Ocean Trench. Motoristas atenciosos e pontuais. Saímos do hotel 09/11/25. Ficamos 5 diárias. Em nosso retorno ficaremos pelo menos 7 diárias. Recomendo de olho fechado o Coconuts Beach Club como excelente opcao de estadia em Samoa. Foi inesquecível nossos momentos no Resort. Voltaremos em breve em nossas viagens pelas ilhas.

Exceptional stay at Coconut Beach Resort & Spa! We stayed in Fale Tautai, an overwater bungalow (the second on the right along the path, with a west-facing deck offering stunning sunset views). The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking ocean scenery all around. We loved being able to see turtles, fish, and starfish right from our fale even through the glass panels beneath the coffee table and in the bathroom! The bathtub with an ocean view was a highlight, and watching the sunset each evening from our deck felt like a dream. The Samoan staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, making our stay feel truly special. We also enjoyed a lively Fiafia Night offered by the resort free of charge. It is a wonderful experience filled with traditional Samoan music, dance, and culture. We had a deeply relaxing Coco Massage at the spa. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so grateful for the experience. We can’t wait to return someday as true “Coconuts.” Soifua ma ia manuia! 🌺

Food was incredible, staff are extremely helpful and even called our car rental when they were running late and gave them directions. Tasi at the bar was especially friendly, and as were the ladies at the bar. I was 5 months pregnant and everyone was very kind and accommodating to my needs. We stayed in the over water bungalows which were gorgeous, a really authentic island experience, and the aircon works great. Beds were a little soft but thats up to personal preference. There are a couple of dogs on the property who are absolutely lovely, they wont bother you unless you call them over and then they're really friendly.

Everyone were absolutely friendly and always asking my wife and I if there's anything more that they can do to enhance our experience. The views of our fale over the sea was perfect. We had such a great time, relaxed, soaked up the sun and enjoyed the ocean and pool. Our accomodation was perfect and did not need for anything. Was wonderful not having a TV in the room. The staff are really friendly and helpful. If your looking for time out, beautiful surroundings and a great cocktail, then this is your place.
