Room was spacious and the beds were very comfy. Room temp was easily set to perfection. Water pressure was a bit low and the shower setting a bit finicky so i had to set it for the kids. Breakfast was really good. Great selection and great taste.

I would not recommend this place to people visiting Edinburgh, this is way expensive than what services are provided. rooms not clean and only clean every three days.
no water, no napkins and beds not comfortable.
Do not recommend and will not come back here.

From reception to the house keeping including dining was terrible. There was no hospitality but loud sounds of house keeping. Nobody answers your calls and they don’t even supply a bottle of water even though you pay a lot. Totally overpriced for nothing but ripoff hotel.

On arrival the receptionist was pleasant but unhelpful regarding the request about the restaurant, then on checking the room found that there was only two mugs for tea and there was three of us so asked a maid who did not understand what we were requesting after going to receptionist and taking a mug with me I was sent to the bar who eventually got a mug from the restaurant, the staff were not at any time helpful which did not set a good impression also the room had not been cleaned very well with a lot of dust etc underneath the beds and the window handles very loose and tape round a power cable to the desk lamp.
This impression would not make us look at staying again at this hotel.

Obscenely over priced for hotel in this area. No offer of a complimentary breakfast which would have been a nice touch when charged £440 per night. Used bottle of lucozade in room fridge. Poor attention to detail

Accommodating at letting us check in early. Quick walk to the mall and the tram. The hotel was loud though, it was hard to sleep as it seemed like you could hear every noise from people in the other rooms

Even though the hotel location was next to a busy main road, there was no traffic noise. The car park was huge. Our only issue was that we stayed 2 nights but the room wasn’t serviced. We ran out of tea and coffee for the second evening!
