An OK, passable property but the rooms are dated and the the poor quality of aircon during a heatwave leaves a lot to be desired. One lift out of service without signs indicates that maybe it happens a lot and for a hotel with 9 floors was frustrating. Good location for Haymarket Station and the staff were pleasant

The rooms were really small and there was blood stains on the sheets and quilt.

The property had just reopened the day we got in. It was evident the new management team is taking pride in the hotel and making guests feel welcomed and at home. It was easy walking distance to multiple modes of transportation and a straight walk to the city center which made it very easy to access a lot of Edinburgh.

Stayed for 4 nights with work and enjoyed the new furnishings, the shower was hot and powerful, the bed comfy with plenty of pillows. Everything you needed for a pleasant stay

The hotel was great and our room was fine but the room was so small it was hard for me to move around the bed. I wouldnt stay again if it meant having to have a room like that again.

Food was poor, the room was incredibly small and the window did not shut properly which meant the noise from the busy road outside made sleeping difficult. Add to all of that I found a bettle in my bed.

Very impressed to be staying in a hotel that has only just opened so obviously everything is spotless. I liked the style of the Garner and it has a very relaxed feel. Breakfast was in the pub next door but its not part of the hotel, however, the food was great. Remember not to ask for a full English though - its a full Scottish!!

Didn’t stay at hay market hub as it has now closed but must say was transferred to old Waverley hotel and had an excellent time rooms clean and nice staff friendly and pleasant would definitely stay here again

Although the rooms were very small it was comfy fir my bestfriend and I. Room service was great and tend to our needs promptly.

Horrible hotel with staff and management to match. Do not stay there!

Habitaciones pequeñas, pero cómodas. Si traes maletas grandes, suerte. Instalaciones modernas y limpias. Hay Smart TV ;) Muy buena ubicación, paradas de transporte público justo afuera. Varias opciones para comer y tomar algo alrededor. Personal amable 👍

Location and price were good however I had to change rooms as the sound proofing is bad and I was next to a hall door that continuously banged. I was then moved to an accessible room which was great for more space but the cleanliness wasn’t great in the room and the bathroom. Yes it was affordable but I was expecting slightly better.

Rather poor service and cold rooms

The location is amazing. A couple steps away from the Haymarket airport bus stop, or the Haymarket tram stop. The place is nice, clean, the employees are super nice, really polite and helpful. I only have two comments, they regulate your heat, and I told them it was cold (the 1st night was snowing), they tried to put it higher and never worked. Ended up getting their electric plug heater, which fixed the issue, per se. The 2nd is that the Chronecast never worked, unable to connect to the TV, the staff didn't have a solution. Not on general we were pleased, and might stay there if we return to Edinburgh.

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Kamer kon wat schoner. Stankslot douche moeten ze checken/schoonmaken. Verder prima verblijf gehad. Goede connectie met airlink 100 en locale bussen.

Kort gåafstand til centrum. Gode restauranter i området, specielt Omar Khayyan (Indisk). Meget lille værelse med et lille vindue, nogenlunde rent, moderne indrettet. Ingen skabe eller skuffer til tøj.

Med toget enten fera Glasgow eller lufthavnen, rammer man Hub Hotel, direkte overfor Haymarket station. Ligger dejligt bekvemt rent transportmæssigt, og da byen er lille kan man uden problemer gå til de største seværdigheder. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende særligt da jeg havde migræne ved ankomsten sørgede de for hurtigt ekspedition så jeg kunne komme op at hvile. Selve værelset er fint til prisen, dog er både min søn og jeg brede danske mænd, der vanskeligt kan ligge i en halvanden mandsseng med deledyne.

Bon accueil mais chambres trop petites. Pas de volets pour une chambre dans le noire, juste des rideaux occultants.

Great value for money. Great location
