The staff are really friendly, kind and keen to advise places to visit and eat. The location is good as easy to get around the city and explore. The hotel itself is pretty tired, the beds were really lumpy, the bathroom, pool area and leisure changing rooms need an overhaul. The in room temperature controls didn’t work and just blew in hot air - not helpful when it was a very hot day/night!

Fabulous hotel, located conveniently for the city centre. Clean, spacious family room. Clean bathroom facilities. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was great!

The hotel were fantastic, staff couldn't do enough to help. However, Hotels.com had not communicated to the hotel that our breakfast was to be included, also the hotel had trouble tracking my payment. Communication between Hotels.com and the hotel could have been better.

A relatively good stay. Decent all round service and environment. The room furnishing is too sparse; it's a two person room, no coffee table and only one large swivel charge, and no chair for a writing/computing desk. The colour is too rich on TV's default setting.
