Great option when visiting for the fringe.

From warm welcome to super helpful checkout, we (mum & 9 year old) loved our stay. Bed was comfy, everything clean, great to have access to kitchen and communal area with chance to chat to other guests - a grand-mother and -daughter from The Netherlands. Otherwise very quiet despite being quite full. Great location for us, near to Arthur’s Seat, easy cab from and to station, amd enjoyed the walk into centre of town

ホテルというよりは民泊に近く、3日に1度のタオル交換です。またドライヤーはないので、持参必須です。 立地はよくて、歩いて割とどこへでも行けて、治安もよかったです。物価が高いのでキッチン付きでなのも助かりました！

Very clean, convenient location for Fringe Festival

Mycket lyhört. Extremt små rum. Ingen bäddmadrass man fick sova direkt på resårbotten. Rent o fräscht. Bra med tillgång till kyl o frys och stort gemensamt kök med all utrustning.

It's a dorm room (literally) with a 2 foot wide shower, no appointments, no cleaning service, no box spring.

Va bene per un breve soggiorno se da soli. In coppia la stanza risulta troppo piccola e scomoda. Non vengono effettuate le pulizie giornaliere e c’è un solo set di asciugamani pre 2 persone.

The beds were very comfy, internet ok, room clean and well stocked, but the price for a student residence? Outlandish.

I liked how close to the Fringe Festival it was!! Salisbury staff were all so nice and helpful, restaurants in the area were all amazing, local transit was easy and very accessible. Bed was not comfortable but it wasn’t so bad that it put me off—would stay again!!

Great for what I needed to visit the fringe.

This property is a student dormitory during regular school term. The location is excellent and there’s good public transportation options nearby. The room is small but comfortable. There’s a communal kitchen with a refrigerator.

I checked in almost midnight, and staff was very welcoming and helpful late at night!

Välstädat och kändes rent och fräscht! Oslagbar utsikt! Smidigt med tillgång till kök. Personalen var trevlig! Det enda negativa är den ganska knöliga sängen samt att det är lyhört mellan rummen. Rekommenderar dock verkligen detta boende! Trivdes väldigt bra här!

These are student rooms, which are rented out during summer break. The room is tiny, has a single bed, shelves, a desk, a small closet and small bathroom. Very small but clean and in good condition. There are shared kitchen and shared spaces with some lounging and games options. Overall, it's nice enough, albeit a bit pricey for the tiny room (and no room service or any cleaning throughout a week long stay!).

Good stay - flexible staff & good location for Edinburgh Festival, however prices significantly higher than last year, and at night it was difficult to sleep when drunken residents came through the side gate shouting/revelry. I overall liked the studio apartment for its space.

Room was tiny. Facility had a lot of things.

The room was clean, the property conviniently located, staff has been friendly. An issue of badn clogged took a bit longer to resolve needed more than one day reminder. But overall happy with the property.

My stay was alright for the price I paid. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable though!!

Quarto muito apertado. Chão parecia não estar limpo . Não tem bebedouro de água no hotel .

For the price I would highly recommend this place. For the location, you are about 2km from the main attractions so that is a bit inconvenient. We took a couple of Ubers to and from the city centre and it was about £10 each way. The hotel was not willing to provide additional towels so unfortunately we were stuck with 1 towel per person for 5 days, not ideal but you make it work. Our door stopped locking. The deadbolt apparently would get stuck frequently. This was frustrating. Overall, I would stay here if you are trying to save money. But would recommend you stay closer to the city centre for convenience sake.
