Mycket bra boende med hjälpsamt värdpar, rymligt rum, utmärkt frukost - vi hade gärna stannat längre om vi hade kunnat.

Easy to find. Private parking down the driveway. Extremely well presented inside from a decoration and artwork perspective. The bedroom I had was very well put together from an esthetics perspective. Also, a nice, and well maintained garden to wander around. There is an honesty bar with a good choice of whiskeys and other drinks, plus another larger lounge to relax in. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of options. The owners will recommend local places to eat, and during breakfast they were making recommendations to guests on driving routes to take around the Scottish countryside. A true 5 star B&B.

What a lovely night away we had, the hotel is stunning and probably the best small hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was huge and decorated to a very high standard. The owners are so nice from start to finish and can’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Graham & Karen were absolutely amazing hosts. The room & house were sensational, comfortable, clean, and the breakfast included was amazing. It truly felt like a restful getaway, and both will go to great lengths to give travel tips, assist with your stay, and anything else you need. Will be staying here again!

Fantastic stay, exceeded expectations on every level. Decor/interior beautiful and made to feel so at home from check in onwards. Breakfast was delicious and service was to a high standard. Hosts go above and beyond.

Great location, beautiful artwork, facilities of a 5 star hotel in a homely guest house. Local produce at breakfast and a well stocked honesty bar. Hosts are attentive and lots of information for travellers. Can’t wait to return.

Service & accommodations was second to none

The guesthouse is a perfectly renovated, peaceful space. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, clean and welcoming. Great breakfast too!

Fantastic B&B to visit in a lovely location. Hosts could not have been more helpful and nice. Beautiful rooms and the food was exceptional. A hidden gem in the Perth & Kinross area and worthy of a visit.

What an amazing place! We only stayed for a single night sadly however Graham and Karen went out of their way to look after us and could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Their guest house is beautifully decorated with original features in abundance mixed with contemporary touches - warm, comfortable and intimate. Our room was huge and had an incredible four-poster bed and bathroom with large jacuzzi bath. Everything was spotlessly clean and in perfect order, obviously fastidiously looked after. We dined there in the evening too and had the most fantastic meal; we're no strangers to good food and what we were served we'd have been delighted to receive in a high-end restaurant - thank you Karen! Breakfast was similarly delicious with a great choice of dishes, with those we chose cooked to perfection. Graham went over and above in showing us around the property and explaining the history of it, then preparing a detailed suggestion of a route around the countryside to see some of the best sights, even printing out a map and illustrating it for us. We truly felt like important guests and they were theoat impeccable hosts. Thanks again, and we will be definitely be back!

Everything was lovely. The room and bathroom were freshly renovated and clean. We received good recommendations for meals on the evening of arrival and ate delicious supper. The breakfast in the room overlooking the garden was perfect! I really have nothing to complain about and everything to praise!
