Very happy with our stay here. We had a room faced at the train station with great sound proof system. The location was also convenient. Walking distance to shops and restaurants!

Excellent stay as usual

Although parking offered it is not included and you need to park at the NPC Central Carpark. Entrance to the hotel is via Central Station. The only reason I didn’t score the hotel higher is because there was hair in the bathtub. Excellent location and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size

Unique and interesting place to stay. We were here three nights and loved the room and location. Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and room service. Loved the champagne lounge. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Rachel at the front desk! Would highly recommend.

Problems checking in, room not ready at 7pm!! Free drinks offered as compensation by pleasant receptionist. Room perfect for rail departure the next day. A grand hotel that's still in reasonable shape.

The hotel was beautiful staff at reception very friendly on check in ..however our air con unit in room was very noisy and also had a blue flashing light all night we tried several times to switch it of with no joy ..so as you can imagine this led to us having very little sleep ..we did mention this at checkout ..so hopefully it would be fixed for next guest

We stayed one night here. The hotel looks and feels amazing - how grand it looks the minute you step into the lobby. The rooms are incredibly nice - particularly the bathroom! Unfortunately, we had one particular experience that almost completely ruined this for us. We were in our room watching TV at 10pm. The TV is built into a mirror that looks amazing, however, we only had the volume at a level that we could barely understand even if we stayed silent. At this time we had someone knocking at our door. Because they didn't announce who they were we didn't open the door. This persisted for 3 knocks and then it stopped. 3 minutes later our room telephone rings and it's the reception. They tell us we've had a noise complaint from the room next to us and they ask us to turn the TV down. We obliged but we immediately felt incredibly uncomfortable. We could barely hear our own TV and if we had just got a noice complaint, how loud can we actually talk in our own room? I was also not impressed with how the person working didn't think to announce who they were when knocking. I went down to reception and told them how uncomfortable we now were in our room and I had asked if we could move rooms. To the credit of the receptionist, they immediately moved us and quickly apologised, then informing me that our rooms TV recently had some work done to it and the sound proofing behind the TV had not been installed by the engineer, so all the TV noise was likely going into the next room.

The hotel was right downtown, but still quiet in our 4th floor room! So many places to eat nearby and the hotel breakfast was DELICIOUS! Out room had a shower and a tub, which felt amazing after walking all day.

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish , nothing was too much trouble !!

Location ist sehr gut, sonst nichts besonderes, Frühstück könnte besser sein, kein gesundes Essen und jeden Tag die gleiche, für große Hotel nur zwei Aufzüge und dazu ein war nicht in Betrieb, Zimmer reinigung könnte besser sein, Klimaanlage zu laut, keine toilettenbürste

Hotel was beautiful, staff were attentive & very kind, they gave us complimentary drinks vouchers as it was my husbands 60th, room was clean and the aesthetics were great however there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom
