Hotel is excellent! Clean, good maintenance, spacious rooms… nice breakfast. Free parking option. Swimming pool maintenance was during my stay, but managed to use it on departure day - so clean and nice.

Hotel business recentemente ristrutturato, curato e ben servito dal personale molto disponibile. Noi avevamo una camera superior, molto ampia, ben insonorizzata, letto molto grande e poltrona. Ovviamente disponibile in camera tutto quanto si addice a un quattro stelle (kit di cortesia vari, asse e ferro da stiro, kit caffè e tisane, frigobar, tv satellitare). La spa è limitata alla sola sauna e area massaggi (a pagamento), piscina riscaldata (non tanto) e palestra. Buona la colazione internazionale. Presente anche un casinò. Sebbene situato alla periferia di Lubiana a pochi metri dall'autostrada, in pochi minuti si arriva in centro. Piacevole esperienza.

Suite extra: tout confort et très pratique. Tout est moderne et en parfait état. L'hôtel en lui-même est pratique avec les super charger sur le parking et le restaurant sur place (cher mais bon).
Par contre, le service est à revoir: piscine fermée pour maintenance programmée sans prévenir à l'avance... Et au départ on me refacture les notes de restaurant déjà payées pendant le séjour ! Dommage au prix de la chambre et pour le standing visé !

We stayed with 2 babies in a Business Suite with 1 bedroom. The room was very nice and clean. The heating was working ok, but it had an annoying noise in the bedroom - like something bumping from the pipes. The breakfast was okaish for the price paid, still would love to see more selection of fruits, jogurth and vegetables for 4 stars hotels.
I was very disappointed by the Hotel management as we had due leave after 2 days as one of the babies got sick. We paid in advance for 4 days stay, so I asked for a voucher or some compensation for our next stay. They refused at the reception charged for cribs, city tax. I sent them 2 emails - no response. Disappointed. 3 stars max.

Hotel complex is nice, with half of the rooms freshly renovated and other half not. Rooms are priced the same, so you can get unlucky and stay in the old part. I stayed in a very busy period so it was sold out. If at full capacity there is waiting line to get a table for breakfast. When it's not completely full, it's a great hotel for a good value with great amenities.

Positiv ist die Lage: direkt an der Autobahn und nur wenige Minuten zur Stadt. Ausflüge ins Umland und Stadtbesuche sind problemlos möglich, und es gibt ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Leider merkt man als Gast überall, dass das Hotel schlecht gepflegt ist. Eindrücke aus unserem Deluxe-Zimmer während eines 4-Nächte-Aufenthaltes:
- Die Rolltreppe vom Parkplatz zum Lift war defekt – mit schwerem Gepäck eine Herausforderung!
- Schmutzige, fleckige Teppiche in den Gängen.
- Das Zimmer war dunkel, hellhörig und bot Geräuschkulisse aus den Nachbarzimmern.
- Abgenutzte, teils defekte Möbel und eine veraltete Einrichtung.
- Schwaches Licht durch Energiesparlampen, keine LED, wodurch das Zimmer ungemütlich wirkte.
- Keine Kapselmaschine, nur Wasserkocher mit löslichem Kaffee.
- Defekte Badezimmerlüftung, wackelnde Armaturen und klemmender Wahlknopf für Dusche/Badewanne.
- Am letzten Tag nur lauwarmes Wasser – ohne Erklärung.
- Funktionslose Schließfächer im Pool-/Sauna-Bereich wegen leerer Batterien.
- Sauna: Eine Dusche nur warmes Wasser, kein Wasser im Aufgussbehälter.
- Das Frühstücksbuffet war langweilig, fade und ohne jede Abwechslung.

A business hotel on the outskirts of Ljubljana, with good quality facilities but a little bit showing wear and some age. It was easily reached from the airport - but only by Taxi (€40-55). It is possible to get to the city centre, recommended by bike. Walking is about 1.5 hours and part of it along busy roads.
The breakfast is very good, and the local restaurant (there isn't anything else nearby) is decent but a bit expensive for the quality of the food. The staff is fantastic and the pool and sauna are very good.

Wir verbrachten am Weg nach Kroatien eine Nacht im Hotel. Gute Lage direkt an der Autobahn. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, wurde jedoch nach Beschwerde nachgebessert. Der Service war ausbaufähig - sehr lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption sowohl bei Check-in als auch bei Check-out. Frühstück war ganz gut aber die Auswahl begrenzt. In Summe war alles ganz passabel, es wird aber dem Namen, der mehr versprechen würde, nicht ganz gerecht.
