Quiet location yet a few minutes walk to Rosebank Mall. The in-house restaurant has great food and wine. Breakfast was also good. Liked the turndown service as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We had arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, no one was there. Asked the agent at information desk to call driver and hotel for us, we were told to wait and someone would be there shortly. we waited 1 hour and nobody showed up. Asked the help of information agent to contact the driver again, the driver had been given the wrong customer name. Someone else ended up taking us to the hotel. Would have given a 5 otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Johannesburg. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location appeared to be safe. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

I spent a couple nights there so I could explore the city on the Hop on and off bus…
It was a quick walk down to Rosebank shopping area, where you caught the first stop of the bus. From the beginning to end, my experience was great, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveler, it’s nice when people acknowledge you coming and going, it gives you a sense of security. I have celiac disease and I can’t eat gluten and dairy and ate two dinners and two breakfast in the restaurant, they were great about accommodating me and making sure I had things that were delicious.
My balcony overlooking the pool, beautiful sunsets.
My only regret was I didn’t have more time to stay there!

Schönes kleines Hotel im schönen, sicheren Viertel Rosebank. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sprechen gut englisch. Sogar ein früher Checkin war ohne Aufpreis möglich! Zimmer sind gut und sauber, nur manche Ecken/Fugen im Bad nicht ganz gepflegt.
Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, faire Preise und lecker!

Adoramos nossa estadia neste hotel… pessoal extremamente gentil e atencioso.
nosso voo de Madagascar para Joanesburgo foi adiado em função de um ciclone, avisamos ao hotel e mesmo sem termos solicitado eles “empurraram” nossa estadia de 2dias. Infelizmente só ficamos um dia devido a outro voo na sequência.
O hotel fica numa região chic e elegante de Joanesburgo a 450 metros do Rosebank Mall ( um dos melhores shoppings da cidade), de onde parte o ônibus de turismo hip in hop off..
Nosso apartamento tinha um bom tamanho.. o café da manhã delicioso.. com algumas opções feitas na hora..
O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom ..
Usamos o serviço de transfer providenciado pelo hotel para o aeroporto.

A lovely property with good staff, great service, and very comfortable rooms. We found this boutique hotel online and a very happy with our stay. We had friends who were from outside of Joburg join us, they have not heard of this facility, and they will return.
Overall excellent facility with great stuff.

It was a terrific experience. The staff at the hotel is fantastic and helped us in any way, especially Peggie. The hotel itself is only 9 room, and guarantees a nice and quuet environment. Very good restaurant, and excellent breakfast. I most strongly recommend it.
