Hotel bem localizado, sendo possível ir à Mandela Square a pé. Quarto grande, cama confortável e bom chuveiro. Atendimento gentil e cordial. Bom custo-benefício.
O chuveiro não tinha box e o banheiro molhava no banho.

This is a first class hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful at every turn. The rooms are cleaned to an extremely high standard. Very good breakfast. I stayed here for 8 nights and the whole stay was a pleasure.

First, and probably last, time staying at a Radisson. Arriving ( a little jaded) after a near 20 hour journey the first room we were given was already occupied, the second didn't have a second bed for our daughter. Staff initially tried to blame that error on us, then finally conceded to bring the extra bed. Only 1 set of towels in the room, which whilst not unclean just felt a bit grubby.
On the plus side, breakfast was excellent and the staff looking after baggage & airport shuttles were very helpful & courteous.

I think the parking issue has to be cleared. At one point I was told I need my parking ticket to be stamped then I would be let out but when I did they still have to call the reception to open up for me to which I see no point in having it stamped in the first place.
Another time one of the receptionist told me I had to pay for parking and when I mentioned I had never paid before she tells me ‘those that allowed me were just lazy to mention I had to pay’ when I leave there’s no charge on my invoice so it was just confusing honestly and I found her to be rude in the way that she said it

The staff was lovely and extremely helpful and the room was okay the only downside was the room was a little dirty, the shower had old soap stains, the bar soap provided was used and the fridge also smelled of old food. The bedding and other areas of the room was clean and the area felt safe with lots of dining options

I was so excited to stay in the Radisson, but experience wasn’t as expected. Staff never replied my emails trying to sort it out something special for a birthday. Cleaning in the room was poor, kitkat bag open and a bottle lid under the bed, only 1 towel provided for 3 people in the room! Location, breakfast and bed were good. I would not come back.

Nice modern and clean room. Flexible with request for late check out. Moved rooms no issue due to noisy aircon, next room very quiet. Breakfast was nice. Bar nice but lacking ambience- not many there. Unsafe area at night addressed with shuttle on demand to mall/ eateries. Very close to Gautrain. Would stay again but be mindful can't just pop out of hotel as you please.

Great single night stay. Walking distance to Sandton City which is great. Only thing they need to work on is their inroom dining, I ordered a meal at 7pm, after it hadnt arrived by 8pm I phoned down again and it finally arrived around 40 minutes later. I was told it was a mix up with room numbers but surely a hotel brand of this calibre should have the room number show up on their switch board. Anyway this mishap aside the lamb was excellent and the carrot cake too. The staff where super friendly and all very accomodating. I will be back.

Initial check in was excellent but multiple reconfirmations by 4 different staff members on extension of stay was a little excessive. Some including phone calls after 10 pm disrupting our rest others door knocks excluding my two visits to the counter to share payment confirmation and receipt from Radisson. Further training required at this property
