If you are there just to sleep than its perfect, some tenants are really noisy and the walls are too thin, the subway station was really close so that was nice. Overall decent place to stay for the price

서울역 12번 게이트에서 나오면 금방이라 위치가 너무 좋았고요, 객실 내부도 깔끔하고 각 방마다 햇빛이 잘 들어와서 막힌 느낌이 없었고, 밤에 잘때에도 주택가처럼 너무 조용해서 잠도 잘잤습니다.지하 1층의 조식 코너도 잘 준비되어 아침 먹으면서 커피 한잔도 할수 있어서 여러가지로 좋았습니다. 추가로 지하 1층에 프린터가 있어서 서류 프린트를 할때도 밖에 안나가도 되니 정말 편리하였습니다. 저는 3층에 묶었는데 3층 입구에 별도 냉장고가 있어서 밖에서 사가지고 온 식품 보관도 편리하게 하였네요..감사합니다..

Location is excellent. Close to Seoul station, it’s a hour ride with the train from airport. Walkable to downtown.

Very low quality guest house and it charges me USD200 per night!

Personal super amable, habla muy bien Inglés. Lo malo son los baños compartidos, pero todo lo demás, excelente, ya que tiene espacio compartido para lavar y secar ropa, para comer, ver televisión, usar computadora.

A no-frills property, in a great location, that is well run by friendly and accommodating staff. Shared areas are being cleaned regularly and I had no problem spending a few nights there in a solo room and would consider it again for a budget stay.

Stayed 5 nights. Owner communicates well when you have a question. My room was tiny. There was a table, chair, lamp and a single bed. There was a rack to hang clothes by the foot of the bed, and whats left of the floor space was just enough to open a small-medium suitcase. Location is a 2-3 minute walk to Seoul subway station (Line 4) and 2 stations away and you’re in Myeondong. Maybe 3-4 minutes when going back to the house as its slightly up a slope. 7-eleven is a few steps away. Cleanliness is okay. Steep and low-ceiling steps to go up and down to the kitchen and common room (located in basement). Breakfast was brewed coffee, juice, teas, toasted bread butter and jam. Water dispenser on all floors. Fresh towels available everyday. Overall for the price i paid , its okay- just remember its a guesthouse not a hotel. But verything you need is there. I’m happy with it.

Best place to stay in Seoul! The host is very nice, room is very clean and location is the best just few minutes walk to Seoul station. Many cute coffee shops in just few blocks away.

숙소 매우 청결 하였습니다. 조용하고 식당도 청결하고 잘 이용할 수 있도록 되있었습니다.

The host was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever known. He responded quickly to messages, he was always available. He is the best! The room was quite nice, I had enough space in it. The guesthouse is really close to Seoul Station so it is easy to get anywhere.

Accueil et service excellents, cuisine pratique, accès facile à la gare et au métro. Chambre un peu exigue à 4 et un peu trop chaud pour bien dormir.

저렴한 가격에 비록 욕실과화장실이 공용이지만(게하니까 감수) 혼자서 방을 쓸 수 있다는게 좋아요

久しぶりの海外旅行で利用しました。ほっこりとした空間で、のんびり過ごせました。部屋や地下のスペースも整えられてます😁ぜひ強くこちらに宿泊されることをお勧めします😁
