We really enjoyed this hotel. It was super convenient and close to metro and the shuttle from the airport drops you 1/2 block away. The hotel is modern, clean, very confortable and no fuss. We loved our stay!

Staff genuinely enjoy interacting with visitors. I was greeted warmly and also asked if there were any special accommodations I needed. My charger malfunctioned and the front desk allowed me to borrow on for the duration of my stay. Delicious snacks were provided as part of a welcome package. Room was extremely comfortable. Would certainly stay here again!

Nタワーの見えるお部屋にアップグレードしていただきましま。
しかし、、、洗面所出入り口天井より水滴が1日中ポタポタと滴り、絨毯までビシャビシャになっていました。
ほぼ寝るだけだったので不自由はなかったです。

Bra hotell midt i Myeongdong, to minutters gange til alt av shopping, handlegater og nattmarked. Perfekt for deg som vil oppleve denne delen av byen. Enkelt med innsjekk og utsjekk, og tydelig mest turister da vi var der.
Rommet var bra, renhold, service og standard var ellers upåklagelig. Frokostbuffeten var enkel, men god og det finnes mange gode matalternativer rett utenfor døren.
Eneste irritasjonsmoment p[ ette hotellet var heisene: Til tross for tre heiser og over 20 etasjer brukte vi ofte unødvendig lang tid på å vente. Trappene var kun nødutganger og ikke tilgjengelige til vanlig bruk. Dette trakk komforten litt ned.

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Free bottled water in the room and water refilling stations available at the end of the hallway. Free Nespresso on the 3rd floor; just bring your cup from your room. Location was great as it was close to subway stations and tours meet in front of the hotel. It's also next to 7-eleven which is great for things you need when all other stores are closed. Multi-level Daiso is also just in front of the hotel. The Myeongdong night market is just behind the hotel so you know you won't go hungry at night. Twosome Place is also located at the ground floor of the hotel. It's a place where you can grab breakfast, snacks, bingsu, etc. Food choices along the street of where the hotel is located are vast. Also, the limousine airport bus stops just a few steps away from the hotel which was convenient for us since our flight out to Incheon was super early that Arex was not operational yet. Also, if you get to the hotel earlier than check-in time, they'll let you leave your luggage with them so you can start touring the area. I recommend this hotel hands down.

The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.
