For budget accommodation this is a wonderful choice. The manager and maid are very friendly and helpful.

The complex is relatively clean but small and looking very dated. The beds are uncomfortable and there is only air conditioning in the main living area. We received no message of how to check in other than a sign saying keys were available from the hotel over the road. Wi-Fi is only free in reception area. Good access to the beach.

Allgemein Ok. Personal war freundlich aber die Unterkunft ist ein bissel Altbacken. Kommunikation war leider nicht so gut musste vor Ort jemanden beauftragen wegen den Schlüssel. Nebenan gab es ein Baustelle viel Krach wenig Erholung. Auf den Homepage von Expedia kein Laut von einer Baustelle und diese war nicht erst seitdem wir angekommen waren.

I couldn’t find a better place, booked last minute, perfect location, clean, nice pool, very poor online communication with the property regarding late check in, no clear instructions, paid a fortune rushing to the hotel to check in earlier not knowing that it was not necessary, and could easily take a but instead that takes longer but comes almost to the property door.

Nice place to stay in, perfect location. A bit noisy evenings & nights, but reason behind this was most probably the Winter Pride Week.

Was nice and welcoming

Die Unterkunft war einfach eingerichtet. Leider konnten die Betten nicht zu einander zu einem Doppelbett zusammengefügt werden. Die Dusche war problematisch, da das Wasser im ganzen Bad verteilt wurde. Problematisch auch, dass es kein kaltes Wasser (nur lauwarm bis heiss) gab.

Wij hebben een hele leuke vakanfie gehad. We hadden een heel vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar van het appartement. Het was allemaal erg schoon, ook het zwembad was netjes en ze doen er alles aan om het schoon te houden. Het is wel wat gehorig. Enige nadeel was dat er geen wifi in de kamer en bij het zwembad was, daar waren we wel een beetje vanuit gegaan omdat er stond wifi beschikbaar. Wifi was wel bij de receptie. En we misten een map met informatie over in en uit checken en wanneer we nieuwe handdoeken kregen etc en evt noodnummers. Verder heel erg fijn gehad we zouden zeker terugkomen.

Amazing views and solarium. Amazing top tier quality for 2 star - best value and quality in Playa Ingles. Double check with reception to get a balcony if needed.

Positives: Location. 2 mins walk to the Playa del ingles beach. Negatives: 1. Communication - Before the day of the check-in, I have been texting them to let them know that I will arrive later than the check-in time mentioned in the hotel.com site but no response. Finally after arriving in Gran Canaria, they finally picked up the call asking me to pick up the keys from the hotel opposite to this property. There is nothing wrong with that but the lack of proactive communication was evident. 2. No wifi & no mobile network: There is no wifi at the property and if you need one, you either need to stand around the reception area or pay EUR 7 per day (even that doesn't work well most of the time) And the lack of mobile network at the ground floor room doesn't allow you to use your own internet either. 3. Lack of toiletries & Kitchenettes - There isn't a hand wash, shower gel, shampoo or hair drier at the property. You have to buy everything from outside. Similarly the kitchen is not equipped with cutleries. Strangely there were ladles but no spoons. To sum up, if you don't mind bringing your own toiletries and being fully unplugged this might be more tolerable. I would rather stay elsewhere for my future visits, even it might cost me a bit more.

Just a cheap short break. Really nice owner. Very clean. For what we paid, very happy. Would return to use as a cheap, clean base for seeing Gran Canaria

The best welcomes from the host, who is a nice canarian person, absolutely lovely, amazing pool, very clean rooms, and comfy beds, the guests are gorgeous people I can only recommend this place

Really nice stay. Considering the price it’s a 10 from me. Extremely clean and perfect location. You can cook more or less anything not requiring oven. Only thing that made my holiday not perfect was the extremely loud and obnoxious Belgium guys right underneath in apartment 12. Always screaming and being stereotypically annoying in every way possible and 24/7 in the property. This is none of Karina’s fault but hopefully they read this and know the kind of people they rent apartments to
