Apartamentos Vip Puro Centro

Extremely bad experience. Starting with the check in. Shower awful, all the water goes out to the room. Shower floor black with fungus. No shower soap, no shampoo, no blower, no kitchen towel or sponge. You don't see no body and If you don't have local phones like us there is no communication at all. We stayed 5 days, just one day we had internet. If there was 0 that's what they deserve. Avoid this apartment!!!!

Esperiemza negativa. La prima notte abbiamo dovuto dormire su un letto matrimoniale in 4 xche al divano letto mancavano cuscini e coperte. Lavatrice rotta. Luce del bagno rotta. Pulizia minima. Buona solo la posizione nel centro

Nothing was as advertised. No microwave, no hair dryer upon request,a washer, but no dryer and no way to hang clothes to dry, no staff at the hotel at 8:30 a.m. - just a cleaning lady with no English after noon. We arrived shortly after noon, and but for the kindness of strangers, would never have even gotten into the building. You must carry a cell phone (we don't), call a number and they will give you a code to open the door. Then there is another code to open a box to retrieve a key. After we settled in, I helped three more sets of people (who did have cell phones), to go thru the procedure. The room was very modern, dark and not a window in sight. The toilet is in a glass enclosure at the foot of the bed. Every time you go in there, voila! a light and fan come on and you are on center stage. The only outside light was from a small window in a black kitchen, which had burned out bulbs. The table at which you were to eat had two outside chairs that were so low, my chin hit the table when I sat down. The appliances: toilet, shower, lovely sink were gorgeous, but the lighting so dim, you couldn't see (except in the toilet enclosure). They had no wi-fi for 1-1/2 days and no one to explain that to. They had many tv stations, but only in Spanish, no other languages. The air conditioning worked well. Overall, it was the worst apartment experience we've ever had. I'd tell everyone I know to avoid this place. And I LOVE renting apartments in other cities!

Muy satisfechos con la estancia. Puro centro. Comodísimo cuando se viaja con niños.

We were not greeted by anyone and came to a leaking air conditioner that dripped water constantly onto the floor. The management did not respond in a timely manner or appear to even care. There are no directions on how to use the appliances.
