Perfect location near to the Sagrada Familia. Two metro stations are at walkable distance and it is on the route of a hop on hop off bus. Rooms are big with equally big living space and kitchen. Hygiene is well maintained inside the flat as well as the entire building.

Zum Empfang war eine große Kakarlake auf dem Bett! Sauber wurde die Wohnung nicht hinterlassen,oder wurde nicht sauber gemacht!!
In der Küche waren noch Krümeln auf dem Stühlen!! Zwei weitere Betten hatten noch Haare zu sehen!
Auch über die Schränke könnten man einmal rüberwischen!!die bieten einen Wasserkocher an, aber der ist von innen verostet,was man nicht benutzen kann!!

agradável, com sacada na sala com vista para a torre Glòries, um dos quartos é pequeno, mas ajudou muito ter 2 quartos.
Eletrodomésticos da cozinha novos.
Fizemos o checkin automático numa máquina, deu tudo certo, mas foi um pouco trabalhoso, precisamos de ajuda por interfone que foi essencial também para conseguirmos entrar no prédio para acessar a máquina.
Ar condicionado ótimo.
Sugestão para melhorar o apto: renovar enxoval de toalhas de banho, ter ferro de passar roupa, ter mais alguns travesseiros.

We arrived in pretty late so we knew there wouldn't be anyone at reception. The self checkin was just not working for us, after putting my details in several times it rejected my booking. I pressed the intercom for help, when I got the the person I was talking to he issued a ticket from the machine, told me the room number so of I went up in the lift, fine got there but the key wouldnt work for the number so back down to the intercom where he then told me that our apartment was in another building after faffing around with key cards, up and down lifts and finding the right apartment we had easily wasted an hour. Apartment very basic, with only the bare essentials, no laundry in the building as was advertised in the apartments bio. The area was very good, plenty of shops, metro, buses etc. Certainly not worth what we paid for our 5 night stay. We wont be back, but just letting other people aware.

We had a very good time. Enough rooms for 3 people and close to Encants metro station and also walkable distance to many touristy spots. 1 bad thing we found was sometimes we saw dust somewhere on the floor or under the sofa or beds.
We happened to meet the concierge inside the building and no problem with checking-in. We thank his support!

L'unica nota dolente è il fatto che il check-in sia totalmente automatizzato e che ci sia un servizio di portineria ad orario molto ridotto per cui se si presenta qualche inconveniente, come è capitato a noi con la chiave che si era smagnetizzata, non si può contare su un'assistenza immediata.

La struttura nel complesso e’ carina e in una posizione comoda, ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici e a pochi passi dalla Sagrada Famiglia .Il problema è la mancanza di contatto con il personale.Il check in alla macchinetta è intuitivo però è difficile avere un contatto con il personale in caso di necessità. Quello che manca è una pulizia migliore , purtroppo c’è polvere negli appartamenti e manca un cambio biancheria . Noi abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e il cambio è stato fatto al quinto giorno e non a tutti , su 4 appartamenti uno non ha avuto il cambio biancheria. Inoltre ci sono stati dati solo gli asciugamani puliti, non è stata fatta la pulizia dell’appartamento.Avevano chiesto la terza sera asciugamani puliti, a pagamento, ma non sono mai pervenuti. Per i soldi spesi queste cose richieste dovrebbero essere scontate .

Our stay at Apartments Indepencia was very good. Check in was a little complicated. There are 2 buildings and the second building is where you check in. We did not have our booking id, only the itinerary number from hotels.com, so we had to contact the property to get the booking id. But once we had that the self check in was pretty easy. The apartment itself was very nice. It was very clean. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The shower is very small but it worked. There is no laundry, but there is a laundromat across the street. The location is very close to 2 metro stations and plenty of shops and restaurants. The balcony is small but it was nice to have. There were no kitchen linens (towels, oven mitts, etc.) so if we had used the oven it would have been difficult to remove anything hot. The oven rack also did not fit into the oven correctly. There was a kettle to heat water but no coffee pot. But there are coffee shops less than a block away. They clean after 5 days of your stay, but we had to call and request that they come and clean and replace our towels. I would very much recommend Apartments Indepencia for a stay in Barcelona.

Se reportó en varias ocasiones y la solución fue en el día del check-out que nos prestarán el baño de otro departamento para bañarnos.
El que se quisiera bañar los otros días fue con agua fría en un clima de alrededor de 0 a 10 grados durante el día.
Muy desafortunado
Fuera de eso el personal muy atento, sobretodo durante el check-in.
Consejo a todos los usuarios:siempre verifiquen que funciona el agua caliente en cuanto lleguen a un apartamento para verificar que todo funciona correctamente.

La struttura nel complesso e’ carina e in una posizione comoda, ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici e a pochi passi dalla Sagrada Famiglia .Il problema è la mancanza di contatto con il personale.Il check in alla macchinetta è intuitivo però è difficile avere un contatto con il personale in caso di necessità. Quello che manca è una pulizia migliore , purtroppo c’è polvere negli appartamenti e manca un cambio biancheria . Noi abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e il cambio è stato fatto al quinto giorno e non a tutti , su 4 appartamenti uno non ha avuto il cambio biancheria. Inoltre ci sono stati dati solo gli asciugamani puliti, non è stata fatta la pulizia dell’appartamento.Avevano chiesto la terza sera asciugamani puliti, a pagamento, ma non sono mai pervenuti. Per i soldi spesi queste cose richieste dovrebbero essere scontate .

Our stay at Apartments Indepencia was very good. Check in was a little complicated. There are 2 buildings and the second building is where you check in. We did not have our booking id, only the itinerary number from hotels.com, so we had to contact the property to get the booking id. But once we had that the self check in was pretty easy. The apartment itself was very nice. It was very clean. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The shower is very small but it worked. There is no laundry, but there is a laundromat across the street. The location is very close to 2 metro stations and plenty of shops and restaurants. The balcony is small but it was nice to have. There were no kitchen linens (towels, oven mitts, etc.) so if we had used the oven it would have been difficult to remove anything hot. The oven rack also did not fit into the oven correctly. There was a kettle to heat water but no coffee pot. But there are coffee shops less than a block away. They clean after 5 days of your stay, but we had to call and request that they come and clean and replace our towels. I would very much recommend Apartments Indepencia for a stay in Barcelona.

No había agua caliente en el departamento.
Se reportó en varias ocasiones y la solución fue en el día del check-out que nos prestarán el baño de otro departamento para bañarnos.
El que se quisiera bañar los otros días fue con agua fría en un clima de alrededor de 0 a 10 grados durante el día.
Muy desafortunado
Fuera de eso el personal muy atento, sobretodo durante el check-in.
Consejo a todos los usuarios:siempre verifiquen que funciona el agua caliente en cuanto lleguen a un apartamento para verificar que todo funciona correctamente.
