Arc House Cordoba

L'auberge est idealement située à 2 minutes de marche de la Mezquita, dans une petite ruelle très agréable. La chambre était propre, très facile d'accès avec une boîte à clé. J'ai pu facilement communiquer avec eux sur WhatsApp, ils m'ont donné des conseils pour me garer sur un parking gratuits (mais il y a des gorrillas). Suite à un incident électrique, nous n'avions pas de Wifi, ils nous ont proposé de nous déplacer dans leur 2ème auberge. Le rooftop est vraiment sympa, la cuisine est top aussi. La salle de bain était nickel. Le seul bémol est qu'on entend beaucoup les gens parler dans les autres chambres tard le soir et tôt le matin, mais bon, c'est le jeu quand on va en hostel!

Good stay, excellent location, good services

Estuvimos para dormir una noche solo, y hemos dormido muy mal: La puerta de nuestra habitación es una puerta con cristal, así que tienes toda la luz de los espacios comunes. La ventana tampoco tenía persianas. Todas las puertas del edificio hacían mucho ruido, así que no hemos podido dormir ya que escuchabamos cualquier grupo que entraba en su habitación o en el cuarto de baño. El cuarto de baño ni tenía jabón. También habían hormiguas en mi cama, lo que no ayuda a poder descansar, además del ruido + luz. Es hostal está bien situado, eso es verdad, pero no lo recomendaría

Great location, lovely place to stay. Nice quiet place with everything one needs

The accommodations were fine. But, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. We had to contact the property more than 24 hours before check-in to receive instructions and then told that instructions would be provided through WhatsApp, an app that we did not use. When we arrived at the property to drop off our luggage, we had to call a number that directed us to a different property (Arc House Mezquita) a 6-minute walk away for drop-off.

Stay was excellent but check in process was very painful. It was a virtual check in. No one to help. I asked even a day before that if someone would be there so I can leave my luggage. They said yes but no was there. No one answering a call or opening a door. No use of ringing a bell. 5 minutes after they start responding on WhatsApp. They provide a link so I fill form to check in. Then there was a separate form for a guarantee. WE have to provide a credit card information. What if some tourist has no data or internet. They cannot check in here and no one there to help.

I need to share how awful my experience was at Arc hotel in Córdoba. Last night, there was no power, no hot water, and no internet. I tried contacting you several times, but got no response. When you finally sent someone, it was in the middle of the night—way too late. While all of this was happening, I was dealing with Hotels.com, who thankfully refunded me so I could book another place to stay. The hotel was filthy, dark, and honestly dangerous to walk around in the darkness. The communication was terrible, and the whole place felt neglected. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the decoration was a nightmare. It looked like some bizarre horror show—tacky and absurd, with decor that felt like creepy clown art or something straight out of a bad circus. Totally tasteless and unsettling. I’m genuinely disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.

The place very nice, that hotel is good central and segure. I Enjoyed.

This was a very basic property, and was fine for one night. It is a hostel, and was great for the time we slept there. Cordoba, has no ubers and we ended up walking half an hour the next morning to the train station, because taxis are not great either. But in general was a good hostel

A pesar de que la ubicación del alojamiento es excepcional, en pleno centro histórico, es imposible descansar de noche. En la habitación se escucha continuamente el golpe de tuberías por el uso del váter de otras habitaciones. La habitación era espaciosa pero su estado era decadente, todo está viejo y oxidado. No volvería a alojarme porque es imposible dormir y descansar.

Muy viejo y muy mala conservación, instalaciones pésimas, colchón pésimo, muy poca luz en la habitación, no había tv, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. La operaria de limpieza Rafi muy amable y educada la Sra..

Toda la noche escuchando el agua correr por las paredes y cada vez que alguien se duchaba o tiraba de la cadena. Hemos dormido fatal.

Debería decir que la calle es peatonal pensando que tenía parking como pone la pagina metinos el coche próximos al hostal y fue un desiria sacar el coche, aparte no llego el correo con los códigos de la puerta y entre la frustacion de las calles y no ver nadie en la puerta fue frustrante

Es tan malo que no hemos llegado a entrar ,la descripcion no era acorde ala realidad , cuando hemos reservado y pagado no nos pusieron ninguna normal de entrada ,al llegar ala ubicacion , era un sitio feo de malas condiciones parecia abandona , hemos estado fuera tocando el timbre mas de una 1h , nadie nos ha abierto o nos ha atendido , hemos llamado al telefono que tenian puesto y nadie nos ha cogido el tlf , nos han timado ,hemos tenido que pagar una habitacion que no hemos llegado a utilizar , con nuetra maleta hemos tn

Habitación sucia al entrar. Cama vieja, colchoneta en vez de colchón. No entran a limpiar ni hacer camas.

The communication from the property leading up to the stay was good - They recommended the Mezquita parking and gave clear instructions of where the office was located vs where I would be staying, codes to enter etc. I was travelling from Malaga and reached later than I expected around midnight and then the NIGHTMARE began. The room was terrible and a health hazard - I booked an ensuite triple room which was the only one available. I decided to pay extra due to convenient location in old town close to mezquita (even though I am alone as safety matters to me and I didnt want to share). The size of the room was good and there was a double bed and single bed and it was ensuite with tv all right but the room was SMELLING MUSTY with no ventilation in the bath and the ONLY WINDOW in the room opened into the central courtyard used by others so it was always closed shut! The office was closed at that hour and no staff around so I could not ask for a change. I started to wheeze and sneeze but it was too late to find an alternate hotel and I had to wake early for a tour booked in the am. The aircon was really old noisy & rattled away but was no use. Having no other option I just had to bear it all night - I opened the window but the smell still persisted so I slept poorly and I struggled to breathe and by morning I woke with a bad throat. Also the double bed subsided in the centre and was too soft luckily the single bed was ok. I cannot comment about the other rooms in the property

Calidad-precio fenomenal. Muy simpático el personal. Habían unas escaleras con azulejos rotos, un poco peligroso, por lo demás todo perfecto. Repetiré seguro.
