Al llegar al hotel me asignan una habitación que no tenía ni las sábanas puestas,la tarjeta de la habitación se desconfigura cada día, lo que supone volver a recepción para activarla. Las habitaciones son antiguas y necesitan reforma, en la terraza dos días no me dejaron cenar por reservas debido al fútbol, un verdadero KO'S

Buen sitio para estar en pareja, para conocer Santa Cruz y poder disfrutar de una tarde por el centro de Tenerife.

God in general. They will be renovating the property very soon and they will close for a year or so, we were informed. Attention! the hotel has NOT a parking place. We suffer a bit looking for a place around the rea.

Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique. L'hôtel est bien situé à côté d'un parc. Malheureusement même si notre chambre ne donnait pas sur l'avenue, elle était bruyante et sans vue intéressante

Ottima struttura unica pecca solo due ascensori dei quali uno spesso fuori servizio. Si può decisamente migliorare ma eccetto qiesta cosa ottimo albergo con ottimo personale in ottima posizione

Fantastic location. Not only within easy walking distance of the hub of the old town but right next to the beautifully lush Parque García Sanabria with its fountains, sculptures and interesting displays. Bus stop right outside main entrance. Lovely hotel restaurant. Room with balcony was clean and bed comfortable. Great to have a decent-sized fridge but I was missing facilities to make hot drinks. Spar store next door much appreciated.

Check in was efficient but room was vey basic with low quality furnishings and very poor lighting. Shower had a mind of its own and it would easy to get a very sudden rush of very hot water. Pool area was worn and the surrounding decking in need of repair. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that charges (2euros + 8 deposit) for use of a pool towel. Location of the hotel was quite good but beyond that it is a Travelodge type of hotel.

In the heart of city is this a good hotel. Very good breakfast!

Hotellets fönster mot gatan hade noll ljudisolering. Men kunde höra allt. lägg även till mig ändå på 6 vången av 7 våningen. Ac fungerade inte pga ”lång säsong” men rummet var fuktigt och varmt. Duschen kändes smutsig pga hörn med sprickor. I rummet fanns det flugor. Så stannar du här be om ett rum mot insidan

El hotel requiere renovarse y más cuidado en sus zonas comunes. Excelente ubicación.

Staff very good. Breakfast also. Reasonably priced. Its on a nice street. Needs a bit of a make -over tho to be honest.

location was good. staff at the front desk need training , they were not customer friendly. Official check in time was 3PM and I was there earlier but nothing was possible. They were very short about this that not a single room would be ready before 3PM ... I have stayed in hundreds of hotels so this is nonsense. Anyway worst was that the wireless in the room did not work and they had no knowledge on how to fix this and they simply told me to work from the lobby and that it was too bad that it did not work... really.... After strongly objecting this they finally gave me another room. You had to ask for a towel for the swimming pool which by the way was freezing cold. When I did they told me that I had to put down a deposit which was surprising since you are a hotel guest and they can put in on the room however they wanted money instantly and it had to be cash????? I told them I only could have it charged to my credit card or bank card but no no cash no towel and they said that an ATM was at 800 meters...

Destaco la comodidad de la cama y el tamaño súper grande, el desayuno y la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal. El hotel además está ubicado en una zona muy bonita de Santa Cruz, al lado del parque Garcia Sanabria.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Tenerife’s capital. Beautiful old hotel with fantastic views of the harbor and mountains. Rooms are small by U.S. standards but by European ones they are fine. Beautiful veranda lends itself to sipping coffee watching the cruise ships enter the harbor. Breakfast is sumptuous with fresh squeezed OJ and lots of variety. Pool is small but that’s not what you go to this hotel for. Walkability is excellent with the park and ramblas nearby. Dining options are equally good with many restaurants within a block or two. Only downside is parking. There is none. You have to find parking on the streets and that’s a chore. Otherwise we highly recommend!! We will be back!!

Estado malo. Antiguo y en mal estado. El bar muy bueno, con muy buena ubicación. Servicio normal, la gente atenta. Pagas por adelantado y el precio no es acordó ni por mucho a lo que te ofrece. Decepcionante.

Hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones, se oye todo.
