Es muy recomendable si te tienes que mover mucho por el centro, es un sitio muy acogedor, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, la limpieza es excelente, el descanso es inmejorable y el silencio fue excelente. Volvería a repetir.

Great stay for the night with a fantastic Thai restaurant next door. Happily stay there again for a bed for the night not for longer as rooms are small.

Front desk manager’s behavior was so unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, he does not even know ABC of customer service. I will never only not visit this hotel but the country itself as hotel manager treats tourists like trash. I was visiting from USA.

This is unfortunately the worst place we ever stayed. We are world travellers and we don’t need a lot or anything fancy. Our first experience was the desk clerk who was very rude. When we returned to the hotel to rest, there was no air conditioning although we distinctly selected an air conditioned hotel room advertised. The heat in the room was overwhelming. Next, the guests who were in the room next to ours were running up and down the corridor slamming doors yelling laughing. At one point, well past midnight, I came out of my room and Kindly asked if the noise Level could come down. After another hour of nonstop racket I went down to the desk clerk to ask for assistance. He wouldn’t remove his Headphones to speak to me but the person who was one of the guests responsible for the noise was smoking and rushed up to the desk claiming it was the fault of the male guests she was associated with. This was not honest as I saw them all racing down the hallways slamming doors yelling and shouting. I could never honestly recommend this hotel to anyone as they will not get any rest and if they have any issues, nobody will listen to you. Poorly managed and there seems to be no rules enforced. Plus the fact that the hotel Practices false advertising makes me say it will receive the Lowest ratings from my husband and I. There is Potential with this hotel but it failed in every aspect. Horrible place.

This hotel the worst hotel I see in my life , the reception and management was not good at all, I never recommend it to anyone! I book for 2 night at the beginning I find out was mistake to choose this hotel and because of them attitude I didn’t stay there !

A lot of previous reviews mentioned staff being rude, we met 3 staff on different occasions and all were very good and helpful. But I can see how the natural manner of Barcelona people could be interpreted as rude by international visitors. The hotel is well placed by a Metro station and a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was clean and functional like most budget city rooms. My only negative is we had a room at the rear, adjacent is a construction site where work starts at 8am.

Great value for money & great location! It's 5 minute walk from the drop off/pick up of the A1 or A2 bus from/to airport. The shower was modern but the bedroom was very simple. The bed was two small twin beds combined and I woke up with half the mattress hanging off the frame. Since it's very light, the frame/bed slid around a lot. The one thing I really enjoyed from this hotel through is that they had small pre-packed kits: shaver & shaving cream, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, Kleenex & even a shoe cleaner sponge. The breakfast was great! It has a wide variety of deli meats, cheese, breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, and juices. I would stay here again. Hope they get heavier firmer beds.

La mala educación del gerente claramente ha influido en el personal también. Me quedé en un hotel donde el desayuno terminaba a las 10:30. A las 10:34 vinieron y se pararon a mi lado, diciéndome que debía salir de inmediato. Literalmente me echaron, diciendo que el desayuno había terminado y que tenía que irme enseguida. Solo estaba terminando lo que había tomado media hora antes. Les dije que no estaba tomando nada nuevo. Además, me pillaron en la cámara tomando un trozo de pan, porque estaba delicioso. Sin embargo, si hubieran revisado las imágenes con atención, habrían visto que no tomé ni jamón, ni queso, ni nada más; solo pan. Aunque solo tomé pan y lo dejé de nuevo cuando me advirtieron, aún así vinieron a las 10:34 y me echaron. Nunca he visto un gerente y un personal de hotel tan groseros como estos.

Great stay for the night with a fantastic Thai restaurant next door. Happily stay there again for a bed for the night not for longer as rooms are small.

NEVER RECOMMEND, THE MOST RUDE HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY KICKED ME AT 10:34 SINCE THE BREAKFAST TIME FINSH AT 10:30. As. AS THE BREAD WAS DELIGIUS I TOOK ONE. THEY WARNED ME AND LEFT THE BREAD. HOWEVER THEY KICKED ME AT 10:34 Me he alojado en al menos cien hoteles hasta ahora, y nunca me he encontrado con uno tan grosero. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. La mala educación del gerente claramente ha influido en el personal también. Me quedé en un hotel donde el desayuno terminaba a las 10:30. A las 10:34 vinieron y se pararon a mi lado, diciéndome que debía salir de inmediato. Literalmente me echaron, diciendo que el desayuno había terminado y que tenía que irme enseguida. Solo estaba terminando lo que había tomado media hora antes. Les dije que no estaba tomando nada nuevo. Además, me pillaron en la cámara tomando un trozo de pan, porque estaba delicioso. Sin embargo, si hubieran revisado las imágenes con atención, habrían visto que no tomé ni jamón, ni queso, ni nada más; solo pan. Aunque solo tomé pan y lo dejé de nuevo cuando me advirtieron, aún así vinieron a las 10:34 y me echaron. Nunca he visto un gerente y un personal de hotel tan groseros como estos.

Meget god beliggenhed i Barcelona med gå afstand til mange ting og tæt på metrostation. God service og fin morgenmadsbuffet. Lidt larmende vej ud til hotellet og vinduerne er ikke helt lydtætte.
