BLUESEA Los Fiscos

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy negativa. El trato por parte del personal ha sido pésimo, ya que parece que solo se esfuerzan con los turistas ingleses, salvo la recepcionsta de la tarde que se ha preocupado por nosotros cada dia. El servicio de todo incluido no merece la pena, te hacen pagar hasta 1€ de fianza por los vasos, no cumple las expectativas, solo hay 1 coctel del dia, si quieres otro lo cobran. Al llegar, la maneta de la puerta del apartamento estaba rota, lo que da una mala impresión desde el principio. Además, no hay aire acondicionado, algo esencial en pleno verano, te hacen alquilar un ventilador que te hacen pagar y la comida es poco variada y de muy baja calidad, solo hay comida para ingleses. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.

Room had a door which led into another room, it was locked but could literally hear everything! Very noisy at night and when I was leaving at 4am for the airport, I was shocked to say the least to find a rat on the steps 😞 Pool area nice but it's all inclusive so people very drunk from early

This property was the worst I have ever stayed in , I would take it off your website.i did get InTouch with yous at the start of my holiday about the issues with the hotel.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Not great if you’re too old/have disabilities as there are many stairs. My room was pretty dated but the holiday in general was lovely. Pool area nice and clean.

Room was basic but very clean. Food was fine good selection and drinks were as expected for all inclusive hotel. If you get a good deal then it’s value for money. Bit of a walk into the old town but enjoyed walking.

Muy mal recepcionista hablar de un problema de un cliente por teléfono mal de los clientes por ser de aquí ,comida muy pobre ,no hay aire acondicionado,pero te cobran por un ventilador...camareros muy bien

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel nos ha decepcionado enormemente. Ya que llegamos allí muy ilusionados por ser el único viaje en pareja este verano y por las expectativas tan altas que teníamos puestas. Teníamos contratado medía pensión. Vista nuestra experiencia y la de otros muchos españoles con los que hablamos, fue pésima. La variedad y calidad de los platos, ha sido deplorable. Como ejemplo, había un total de unas 6 opciones de comida, de las cuales la mayoría eran fritos y pasta. Como mucho se cambiaban 2 de esos 6 platos al día. Como ejemplo de la calidad deplorable era la ‘tortilla de patata’. Que tenía peor pinta que una suela de zapato mugriento. Este ‘plato’ por llamarlo de alguna forma no lo querían ni siquiera los turistas extranjeros (que representaban una mayoría del 80% de los clientes). Nadie lo elegía, pero para nuestra sorpresa todos los días lo ponían echándole salsas raras por encima. A pesar de ello, nadie lo elegía. Respecto al alojamiento, estaba muy anticuado, tenía escasos enchufes… Tuvimos que alquilar un ventilador en la recepción porque la habitación no tenía ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Ya como colmo, con la limpieza de las habitaciones tratan de explicarte en el momento del check in, que será cada dos días para así poder justificar en las características del hotel que cuentan con el servicio de limpieza en el mismo. En definitiva, no recomendaremos el hotel a nadie de nuestro entorno.

El todo incluido, se ve limitado en horario fuera de restaurante. Sólo disponen de Sandwiches 'mixtos'... Gracias

La struttura è vecchietta con materassi consumati e imbarcati. Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 2 giorni e tranne all'arrivo non viene lasciato sapone che abbiamo chiesto in reception. Il cibo è mediocre e non mancano le cose fritte.

Nota general aceptable. Lo peor de la estancia son las comidas y sus horarios de cena. DESAYUNO: Escasas opciones y todos los días lo mismo. Nada de bollería.Solo pensado para turismo inglés (huevos, bacon, salchichas, etc). COMIDA: Poca variedad, repetitivo. Exceso de patata en todas ocasiones ( tortilla, fritas, croquetas, medallones y más) CENA: Misma dinámica poco donde elegir y horario solo de 19 a 21. Quién cena en España antes de la 21h? Cierre de la piscina a la 18:00 ?? Enhorabuena a BOBY del bar de la piscina persona excelente y profesional. La recepción fue desastrosa, falta de documentación de nuestra reserva, teniendo yo que aportarla y enviársela por mail, lo que retrasó bastante la entrada.

Hotel is a little dated but its fine for what we paid. We weren't expecting 5 star luxury. Staff are pleasant. The food is good. I was always able to find something to eat that I liked. Breakfast is really good. Drinks are free with all inclusive. Quite a lot of steps but its on a hill so was expected. I have went back to bluesea los fiscos a few times. The sun is shining so the rooms are really just for washing and sleeping. And they are cleaned every other day.

Nice room. Lovely pool. Staff were somewhat pleasant

Weather was nice alot better than the UK and warmer. Polite staff and clean hotel.

Nothing to many problems with hotel, food cold and same every day , place dirty and run down, tiles around pool broke and missing tiles in pool , had to hire things that should of been in apartment ie kettles, tv, told by chef to microwaved food , room never cleaned no clean sheets, never told building site righr next door.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was disgustingly dirty and the towels had mud all over them! No in room amenities like tea and coffee and the shower was cold and then burning hot.

The staff tried very hard but they knew there was little they could do to improve the terrible, worn out hotel and facilities.

The room was nice but the beds could have done with new matresses and they are getting a bit tired small kitchen in room which was nice and bathroom had bath shower and the water was always hot. The TV in the room is a pay TV so if you want to watch any channel apart from BBC news you had to pay which was strange as I booked All Inclusive so one would presume that would include the TV. The Location was quite ten minute walk to the harbour 15 mins to the beach but there are some steep hills to climb back to the hotel this with the amount of stairs moving around the hotel would make it difficult so maybe not suitable if your not that steady on your feet. The food offered apart from being limited variety was probably the best I've had in an All Inclusive hotel always hot and always fresh.. Probably not that good if you don't eat pork as this was the only meat dish offered. The AI bar was ok but not enough seating and the use of disposable cups didn't do it an favors. The Entertainment was limited to Bingo a quick parrot show and owl show followed by your chance to have your photo taken with the birds (for a fee) The Wifi was free and the staff were very friendly

Stayed with my sister for 2 nights. We couldnt stay any longer due to the robberies in the previous few days to our stay. Guests were saying men in balaclavas were getting in appartments while people slept We were told to barricade our door. We were not prepared to have this worry every night. Its supposed to be a relaxing holiday. The security they have is 1 man who came past our appartment twice in 7 hours and i know this because i was awake all night We stayed 2 nights out of 7 and hotel refuse to refund any money. The hotel its self is a little depressing as it needs an awful lot of renovation. Food ok but certainly wouldnt have eaten there evey day. The dining room depressing needs brightening up Checked out and into an appartment near the beach. We thought we were on a different island so much brighter and prettier. I would certainty not recommend this hotel .
