We stayed at the hotel 3 days and 4 nights from the US. It was set right in the gothic quarter, which made exploring really easy. Walking distance to La Rambla and the pier/beach. We had noisy nights because we were on the first floor. Wont do that next time. The design of the toilet right next to the shower had our toilet paper wet or falling on the floor always. Poor design. Other than that, a nice stay. Front desk staff really wonderful. We added breakfast, which was nice each day. Gym was small but got the job done. Rooftop bar had a nice view, and the pool is a nice touch if you have kids.

Staff friendliness is overrated; they were helpful, but not to the level of previous reviews. Breakfast foods that were supposed to be hot were always lukewarm to cold. Room cleaning crew were too anxious to get into cleaning room that they would come in even when you are still in the room.

En sak att rekommendera är att man (utan problem) kan bo fyra vuxna i deras premiumrum. Mycket fint rum med fantastisk utsikt över marinan. En dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar.

Very friendly staff, I was gifted a voucher for Cava upon arrival. The pool and rooftop area are very nice. Room was clean and well maintained daily - only issue I had was the shower in the main bathtub didn't really fit in the holder so you couldn't use it unless you wanted to hold the shower the whole time. However, there was a separate standalone shower in the bathroom too so, not a real problem. Wifi worked well so good for business guests. Overall I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I have only positive feedback for this well decorated hotel. The staff, furnishing & services are top of the notch. They even go above and beyond with making you feel welcomed & comfortable. The rooms are extremely well ventilated with AC. Also having a pool to dip in with the heat in Barcelona was super. I would reserve there again.
