We enjoyed our four night stay at Elba Sunset. The breakfast buffet was great. Hotel Location was good, views were amazing. Nice pool, spa look nice although we didn’t use it due to the extra charge. Jim was decent. It had a few pieces of equipment and treadmills. Was always full, I think they could use at least double or triple the size of the gym with more equipment. Parking on the street was limited, but we managed to find nearby for free on this street. The location is close enough to walk to the main streets of Palma nova. If I had any suggestion it would be to clean the hallways at least once a day they was always dust, debris and small ants (spray for bugs on the interior corridors and rooms at least once a month) . Even with all this I would definitely stay again as the views were really nice and the hotel is in a quiet area of town.

Fantastisk sted i enden av Magaluf sentrum. Fresh nytt hotell. Store gode rom og beste av alt er ute areal/pool området. Frokosten var også helt herlig.
Eneste downside med hotellet er parkering. De har egen garasje, men hvis det blir fullt må du finne gateparkering som er helt umulig.
Reserve parkeringen folkens!

Hotel was lovely and clean, our room view was stunning and gym was good. Spa seemed lovely but we didn't get to use the facilities. Staff were really friendly. Drinks from the pool bar were really nice. Food and service generally in the hotel restaurants were not great.

Chose this hotel for the location and amazing views and it didn't dissspoint.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, check-in was a breeze and staff on front desk were super efficient and competent which pretty much set the tone, a bad check-in experience sets the tone for the rest of the stay.
Rooms were modern and bright we opted for a south facing balcony and glad we did as we got shelter from the cool wind (April) and sun pretty much all day till 5pm.
Buffet had enough choice and there is always something on offer to suit appetite, a minor point and more a recommendation than a gripe was it would have been nice to have been offered complementary water at our table when seated, this would give staff an opportunity to interact and guests more would be more inclined to purchase wine, beer etc..that said, a nice dining experience all the same.
They have a singer on Thursday to Saturday but opted to walk in to Palma Nova for a little more choice, which is only a 10 min walk.
We didn't use the pool as it was early season and so water was a little cool for us.
In summary, a lovely hotel and everything was as expected and more, we have already decided that we would like to go back again.

Wir wussten schon dass ist nicht der Saison ist dafür haben wir Auto gemietet. Ich muss sagen ein Zimmer sauber machen ist nicht nur das Bett . Boden und wc waren voll Staub . Ich habe gemerkt dass ist nur schnell schnell gemacht .
Aussicht muss man auf jeden Fall Richtung See reservieren, sonst landet man Richtung Straße .

Personal schon beim einchecken nicht sonderlich freundlich, Sauberkeit in den Ecken und unter dem Bett ließ zu wünschen übrig, Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Tiefgarage vorhanden, mit SUV stellenweise eng.
Im Speißesaal sollten man seine Handtasche nie aus den Augen lassen. Personal nur spanisch und englisch gesprochen.
Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon (direkter Meerblick), Umgebung des Hotels (Feburar) wie ausgestorben, viele Baustellen.

Me and the wife were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Without a doubt we had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to book their stay here. We were able to get a room upgrade (with a charge of course). We had no issue getting a parking spot. The location is very central to visit all of Mallorca. The view was absolutely stunning and the dining options at the Hotel were amazing as well. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely recommend any couple or group looking to book to do so without any hesitation. Thanks to the team and staff at the Hotel for an amazing vacation!

Die Unterkunft an sich war perfekt und schön.. Verbesserungspotential sehe ich beim Frühstück ( Rührei total ekelig) und schwierig ist auch, dass man im Zimmer eine offene Toilette hat und nicht ungehört vorm partner auf die toilette gehen kann.
An sich hat alles gepasst

Me and the wife were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Without a doubt we had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to book their stay here. We were able to get a room upgrade (with a charge of course). We had no issue getting a parking spot. The location is very central to visit all of Mallorca. The view was absolutely stunning and the dining options at the Hotel were amazing as well. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely recommend any couple or group looking to book to do so without any hesitation. Thanks to the team and staff at the Hotel for an amazing vacation!

Die Unterkunft an sich war perfekt und schön.. Verbesserungspotential sehe ich beim Frühstück ( Rührei total ekelig) und schwierig ist auch, dass man im Zimmer eine offene Toilette hat und nicht ungehört vorm partner auf die toilette gehen kann.
An sich hat alles gepasst
