La habitación era amplia y cómoda, hemos dormido muy bien. El único pero es el hecho de que el proceso de check in resultó un poco lento y también añadir que pese a que en la web indicaba que el spa estaba disponible y fue el motivo de realizar la reserva, una vez allí nos enteramos de que el spa estaba cerrado ir tareas de mantenimiento y no pudimos disfrutar de el.

Laundry service wasn’t available. Hotel was under repair. Staff apologised. Any food I had there was substandard and cold. Seemed that I was the only guest for the first 4 days. Probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I’m surprised that the Grand Luxor was aiming to partner with the Marriott chain. No, I won’t be returning.

Los recepcionistas, fueron muy atentos y amables. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La pena son los cambios constantes que está sufriendo este hotel, donde la cafeteria no tenia publicados los precios de las comidas, y el restaurante aunque buffet, 30€ por persona muy caro. Las duchas, la mampara es demasiado pequeña, se sale el agua porque no hay manera de evitarlo. Y no entendemos como un hotel que presuntamente es egipcio, no tiene casi nada de tematización egipcia. Eso sí, las vistas espectaculares.

La estancia perfecta el trato bueno pero yo soy una persona que madrugar y que no pueda tomarme un cafe asta las 10:30 que termina el buffet lo veo fatal para mi un fallo muy grande que no haya una cafetería externa al buffet pero bueno no puede llover al gusto de todos

La habitación genial, pero nos sonó la alarma de incendios dos veces, por la mañana y por la noche y nos asustamos bastante. El SPA estaba guay pero no pude disfrutar de él bien, pague 15 euros para no poder meterme mucho en el agua por que estaba un poco fría. Pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante.

Pues hemos estado en la cena de gala de la
Nochevieja y aparte que la comida a estaba fría, en el folleto que nos vendieron ponía que había animación infantil (de 20:00 a 24:00) y nada pero nada. Publicidad engañosa

This was for my wife's birthday and the room was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the condition of the sofa. I was not going to share it here, but the fact that they were aware when I mentioned it to them, made me wonder why wasn't it replaced.
