Génial super menu super hôtel et super personnel je recommande !

Tres bon séjour. Parking sous l'hôtel sinon il est difficile de se garer à côté (8 euros par nuit). Petit déjeuner varié (10 euros).

Good for overnight stay . Easy parking & near town centre Corridos etc a bit tried,Room & bed come y Hotel does need bit of t l c. Staff very good.

I stayed here in a period of heavy rain in a room on the 6th floor. Water started coming in through the roof. As you can see from the photo there was a hole. There was one at the other side too. This was around 2245. I reported it to reception who said that maintenance had gone home. 20 minutes later the receptionist arrived with towels to put down. I heard her go to other rooms too with a similar problem. There was also chewing gum left loose on the floor, mould around the bath and shower screen and the bathroom smelt mouldy. My reservation didn't include breakfast but at checkin I was not offered it either.

La estancia aunque corta ha sido buena. El trato del personal, excelente. Comimos en el restaurante y tanto el trato como el servicio,ha sido muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.

Reception service on arrival could have been better...one guest being dealt with ahead of me who then went to get something from his car or somewhere. No communication with me or "sorry please bear with me". Nothing. This guest's wife then comes back in and it takes 10 minutes to deal with her before i am dealt with. No apology or even 'sorry for the wait'. Pretty poor. Room was ok but was told that it has an adjoining door to another room and that 'if i keep it closed, the other guests can't get in!' Very reassuring! Keycard operated door had a weird way of locking - if you weren't careful it wasn't secure. Decor in the Hallway was peeling off the wall and carpet was marked quite badly. Positives: Very good spread at breakfast. Good shower in pretty clean room with large fridge ( always a bonus). Location is great: 5 minutes to train station; 5 minutes to town; 10 minutes to the old town. Very good value for money just a couple of little things let it down...

Junto a la estación de ave, Mercadona, parques, bares … ubicación 10 y servicio de restaurante también 10 .

Estuvimos a gusto!!!

El hotel está genial, en limpieza, en comodidad de la habitaciones. El resturante sirve buena comida y está bien ubicado. Pero lo mejor, el personal, muy amable y profesional.

Pagamos la suite especial , para tener baño privado y pues no funciona el baño , luego todo mueble con desperfectos y roturas la cama si es es bien maja la verdad , decían incluido bar y mini ser icio de bar , llamé y todo y nada.. no entiendo esto así es una estafa

Buen hotel de 3 estrellas. Parking superseguro y a buen precio. Personal amable y diligente. Su desayuno supera con creces a la mayoría de hoteles de 4 estrellas. ¡Por fin un revuelto con sabor a huevo de corral!

La entrada al hotel la recepcionista muy seca, parecía un robot. Al día siguiente el recepcionista muy amable. La cama mejorable. Los camareros muy amables y atentos.

Buen hotel para alojarse no muy lejos del centro, tipico hotel grande con la impersonalidad que ello conlleva pero siendo todo correcto y completo

The bed wasn’t made, dust balls everywhere, towel bar didn’t heat, no shampoo etc, but the employees were very nice.
