Clean hotel, very friendly staff, great facilities and great location

Nice hotel in a great spot . Beachfront location with bars shops a plenty within easy walking distance . Very busy so you have to be ready by 9am to get a sunbed you want or you will miss out . Food wasnt the best . Rooms are nice , modern . We had a suite which had an extra little lounge area with a sofa , tv . Overall personal score 7/10

I’ve been here before and it was still as good. Friendly welcome on arrival and a cool drinks fountain just near reception for a cold drink. The standard room is on the small side but comfy. All the staff were professional and helpful. When I arrived a young porter came outside and helped me with bags which I thought was 5 star. The breakfast was ok nothing special but then it was a good price I paid compared to an other hotels on my visit this time the only gripe I have is the pool is too busy and some days I couldn’t find one sun lounger and the pool was too cold. . I will return

Located around the corner from Matagorda and to the east of the brash Puerto del Carmen, this hotel is one of the best hotels on Lanzarote. You can walk directly out the beach gate of the hotel onto Los Pocollos beach. The check-in and reception staff were top-notch. Almost all rooms have a partial seaview. Rooms aren't huge but clean. Maid service is very efficient. Shower was excellent. Most people go for the all inclusive option which gets you a wristband allowing free local drinks and snacks (and reduced prices on other drinks). Food was as expected for a 4 star Spanish hotel, but mostly pretty good. We had a car for our stay, so we were able to get around most of the island, and we didn't see anywhere else that looked any better, when considering location and facilities.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage, sehr gepflegter Pool. Für mich persönlich war das Wasser im Pool etwas zu kalt. Landestypisches Essen, frisch zubereitet, immer lecker. Zimmer ausreichend groß, Bad ausreichend groß, großer Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Zimmerreinigung täglich erfolgt, ordentlich. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt. Kein störender Fluglärm. Strand fussläufig erreichbar und ebenfalls sehr sauber.

Amazing hotel and staff. Jeanette at Reception went over and above to make our stay an enjoyable one. The breakfast buffet is the best i've ever had so much choice and my sister in law is gluten free and they cater for gluten free which is brilliant. Pool amazing. Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Room was spotless, so clean. Plenty of bars and resturants within a 5-10 min walk. Would recommend this hotel 100%

2nd stay at hotel and as enjoyable as the first. Would highly recommend!!

We had one night stay but hotel is very nice. Very clean and comfortable room. And breakfast excellent. Lots of activities roumd pool.

A hotel which is worth to return back again. Exceptionally good wifi and a huge hotel parking - never was any problem to park a car

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und eine tolle Hotelanlage. Die Ausstattung ist etwas älter aber alles gut in Schuss. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und an der Strandpromenade. Supermärkte und kleine Shops sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Anlage ist sehr grün und bietet einen tollen Palmenbestand. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Hotel ist für einen Lanzarote Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Super friendly and helpful staff from the check-in to the bar staff. Hotel is very clean, great location opposite the beach and near multiple bars and restaurants. Lovely comfy rooms.

This hotel does NOT have a spa as advertised. We were not informed that the spa was under renovation prior to arriving. We were only infoemed at check in only becauee i requested to book in for treatments amd for access to the spa facilities. The hotel had partnered up with a local spa which was also not finished, pattially painted, jacuzzi freezing cold and not on, sauna warm not hot with broken time dial, relaxtion rooms filled with buckets and mops. We informed the hotel of this and i have been emailing the manager since retuning home all of whom were applogetic but did nothing really to help. You cannot advertise as having facilities and then shake off any responsibilities when you direct us somewhere that is also unfinished. The food at the hotel was rubbish - flavourless. The pool was cold. The bathroom constantly had flies. Ssve your money and book a different hotel - there are plenty down the beach with proper spa facilities, better food, are cleaner and with better trained staff. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! WASTE OF MONEY.
