Había visto opiniones de gente y tenía miedo de lo que me iba a encontrar, pero me he encontrado algo totalmente diferente, la persona que nos atendió fue súper maja, cada vez que pedíamos servicio de limpieza la habitación al volver estaba impoluta, incluso me deje el DNI allí y fueron tan amables de llamarme y guardarmelo Lo único negativo que podría ver es que hay un ascensor que no funciona y iba con mi padre que tiene una rodilla mal y le costaba mucho subir las escaleras. Por todo lo demás perfecto

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Not obvious when you arrive how to enter the building. The bar owner next door was very helpful.

This is a simple Hostal. Room, bed, bathroom. Would have been fine except for the air. The air conditioning could not be set in the room. It could not be set below 20. There was no airflow and no fan available. The window opened only a crack and onto an internal shaft. so no airflow at all in the room. I don’t need a lot, but not being able to breath did not work for me. I changed over to Paco Rooms. Same price. Nicer room and bath room. Most important, the air conditioning was great!

Nice clean room, but its clientele can be noisy at all times of the night. Simply because its economical. Young people use it and they are not respectful of other residents. Security can at time's be lapse. We were woken at 2:30 am by a pizza delivery coming to an incorrect address. Wifi drops out with regularity in room 107.

Infelizmente, minha estadia neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. A cama era extremamente dura, o que tornou impossível ter uma noite de sono confortável. Além disso, a acústica entre os quartos era péssima – dava para ouvir praticamente tudo dos hóspedes ao lado. Para piorar, há bares na rua do hotel que fazem barulho até às 5h da manhã, tornando o descanso ainda mais difícil. Outro ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, cai muito pouca água e não esquenta pela manhã. Para quem gosta de tomar banho nesse horário, é uma frustração garantida. O elevador também estava fora de serviço, se levar malas, vai precisar subir 2 andares… O atendimento na recepção deixou muito a desejar, com funcionários pouco cordiais. Além disso, o hotel não oferece comodidades básicas como frigobar ou secador de cabelos, o que é um grande ponto negativo. Definitivamente, não recomendo este hotel.

The room was basic but just perfect for a short stay, close to the centre to walk, there is also a Metro less than a 10 minute walk away. Local coffee shops close by for breakfast. Would recommend it if you just want a room as a base.

Check-in time on hotels.com site is wrong. Also this place does not keep lagage. No amenity, no hair dryer. Because it is not hotel. TV, bed, shower and wifi. That's all. But TV channels are only local in spanish, shower head is broken. The price is expensive as hotels.

Security is good (24 hours front desk opens door from road on request, keys are given for each room). the rooms are clean. Major complaint: Madrid in January is freezing cold at night. The building is poorly insulated (may also apply to other hostals in this city/area) and the heating system does not really help). Rooms are uncomfortable cold as a result ! serious issue for me. Worse, there is not even an electric kettle in the rooms or community area to make a warming tea. Can‘t understand why the owners don‘t make such $10.- investment.... WiFi is free but not really usable in my rooms 104 and 102 as the signal is too week. Apart from that the location is nice (metro station in 5 minutes walk).

Le plus.. L'hôtel est bien situé, quartier sympa et à proximité d'une bouche de métro. Le moins.. L'hôtel manque vraiment d'isolation phonique au niveau des portes de chambre, couloir bruyant. Manque de linge, obligé de prendre une serviette de visage et donc s'en priver, pour servir de tapis de bain au sortir de la douche. Sinon accueil gentil , mais pas en français, dommage..

Nossa reserva estava previsto café da manhã e ao indagarmos no check-in de que não estava incluso. Mostramos a reserva para recepcionista e mesmo assim não liberou. Não tem elevador. Quartos ficam no 2º andar.

Dans une rue calme, petit hotel mais à 10min à pied de la place d'Espagne. La chambre est assez rudimentaire (1 lit, 1 chaise, 1 armoire et la salle de bain/WC) mais la literie est pas mal. En tout cas c'est propre et pas de problème d'humidité. Par rapport au prix et le temps qu'on y a passé (3 nuits) c'était très bien
