Hotellet personale var supersød da jeg havde booket 10 minutter før jeg kom og det var ingen problem jeg fik det dejligste rum super lækker seng at sove i,& med en kæmpe altan med kig ud over Bjergene og lidt af vandet selvom der kørte biler imellem vandet og bjergene var det ikke noget der generet mig på noget tidspunkt. Jeg nåede ikke at spise dig med det så meget lækkert ud og super hyggeligt poolen var ikke åbnet da jeg var der så jeg tog bare ned til stranden der lå 7 minutter i bilen fra hotellet.

It was a great stay, the staff were very friendly, the pool and gardens were attractive and well kept. Playa del Maro beach is a hidden gem and about half hours walk, and the caves are 200m away from the hotel, both a must visit. I felt very chilled out staying there. Big thank you to the staff.

Nuestra habitación era estupenda, muy limpia, con un bonito salón y una terraza muy amplía. El desayuno muy bueno con un pan crujiente magnífico. La verdad que mi pareja y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos y nos trataron con mucha amabilidad. A dos pasos de las Cuevas de Nerja que también visitamos. Repartiría sin dudarlo.

I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience wasn’t very positive. The place feels more like a motel than a proper hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The staff service could be much better. With the exception of one gentleman who was kind and helpful, the rest of the (female) staff were quite dismissive when I asked for assistance. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with children. The pool area is treated as a quiet space and swimming is actually forbidden, which defeats the purpose if you’re traveling with kids. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stop, but definitely not for a weekend stay.

Vandet i hanerne var varmt eller brændende varmt. Ingen kold vand, som dog blev forsøgt fixet efter vi havde gjort opmærksomme på det. personalet var meget hjælpsomme, men kun en talte engelsk.

Tarif élevé pour la prestation proposée. Problème avec la climatisation en plein moins de juillet, l’accueil m’a promis de faire intervenir un technicien à 3 reprises. Personne n’est venu résoudre le problème. Bonne nouvelle, le petit déjeuner est inclu.

I have stayed here many times in the past, and, as a solo female traveller it is welcoming, clean, safe, and has a nice restaurant with a terrace. It is not luxury, but perfect for a night or 2. The bed is very comfortable amd there are sachets of toiletries which are complementary. It's owned by a family and the staff are very nice. It's in Maro which is a short taxi ride from bustling Nerja.

Hicimos el cheking a las 3 de la tarde aún Así tuvimos que esperar cerca de una Hora para la Habitación cuando nos entregan las llaves una habitación donde el aire estaba en otra estancia aparte una calor horrorosa , pedimos el cambio y esperamos otra hora para cambiarlo lo único bueno el camarero que era muy amable ,pero aquello no se debería de tratar ni como un hotel debería de ser un hostal las habitaciones llenas de suciedad el plato de ducha daba mucho asco con bichos moho y de todo no os lo recomiendo para nada todo horroroso

This hotel is perfectly placed for visits to the Caves of Nerja. It has adequate free parking and is only 2 or three miles from beautiful Nerja and numerous beaches. The room was spacious and clean. The furnishings were adequate. The en-suite was "tired" and there was some mould in the shower area. However, for the price - in Nerja and at Easter - the hotel was exceptional value. We did not eat there - but the food looked OK and the food and drink prices incredibly low! About £1.15 for a large whit coffee puts our UK hotels and coffee shops to shame!!

This was the worst hotel . The staff from Beginning to the end were not friendly , didn’t have a smile and didn’t want to answer any of our questions ie / the town etc. we were not welcomed and when we asked to borrow a plate and knife to cut our bread for groceries - the bartender dismissed , scowled and said something in Spanish . Overall not recommended .i would give 0 rating if i could . The town was lovely and the beach was great - but this hotel - DO NOT BOOK

Ni bien llegar al recibirnos de pocas ganas, la habitación normal,el baño tenía mal olor y y no muy limpios , de los días que estuvimos la de limpieza jamás entró a limpiar hasta que nos fuimos con las mismas toallas y sábanas. El personal cero atento sentados fumando cuando los clientes están sentados en la terraza. Mala atención ya que cuando te atienden en la mesa cuando se le da la gana y de mala gana. No la verdad no recomiendo y no volvería. Una pena porque podría ser mejor.
