The reception desk is as usual, a disaster. with uncoordinated people with a calculator instead of head. Their unique worry is to invoice even if everything has been previously paid. Hôtel oú il y’a beaucoup de choses à dire la chambre était sale à notre arrivée,les communs sont dans un état sale les ascenseurs pareils , la piscine n’est jamais nettoyée, le seul plus de l’hôtel est la restauration oú le personnel est agréable et serviable pas comme à l’accueil.

Chambre familiale (1 lit double + 2 lits simples) décevante par rapport aux autres chambres standard, pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles, aucune décoration, pas de tête de lit magnifique comme dans les autres chambres. Plusieurs choses de cassées ou usées. Mais le pire a été l'odeur d'égout omniprésente dans la salle de bains qui se répandait dans toute la chambre. Une odeur tenace et écœurante qui nous a gâché le séjour. Nous l'avons signalé mais rien n'a été fait. Le point positif est la restauration le soir : salle magnifique avec vue mer et buffet de grande qualité avec uniquement des produits frais. Pour résumer gros décalage entre la chambre familiale médiocre et la restauration haut de gamme.

Ottima posizione fronte mare, acqua cristallina e spiaggia enorme. Ottima colazione, bella piscina, garage sotterraneo. Purtroppo non siamo contenti del resto, ovvero check-in tardissimo -verso le ore 16:30-, non abbiamo mai trovato disponibili teli mare, due soli piccoli ascensori sempre pieni, camera non sporca, ma non pulita. Quindi in generale lo consiglierei, ma con qualche accorgimento in più per lo staff.

Lit confortable Belle vue sur la mer Emplacement idéal entre plage et centre ville L'hôtel nous a offert une bouteille de champagne a l'occasion de notre anniversaire nous avons apprecié cette attention de leur part. Beaucoup de bons restos au alentours , nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de l'hotel. Parking sous terrain 25€ par nuit/ extérieur 18€ par nuit Piscine plus grande qu'en photo et beaucoup de transat, piscine surveillée par un maitre nageur. Tous les employeurs sont très sympthiques et soucieux de leur client Les nuits étaient difficiles a cause du manque d'insonorisation des chambres (murs et fenêtre), plusieurs nuits un groupe de personnes sur la plage en face de la chambre criait ou mettait la musiques certains voisins de chambres ont parlé fort sur la terrasse voisine et nous avons été reveillé par le bruit des machines à café ou douches des voisins (pourtant nous avons le sommeil lourd) car les murs sont tres fins. Notre porte ne se fermait pas correctement et malgré l'intervention du personnel, du directeur de l'hôtel et du technicien elle ne fermait toujours pas correctement a notre départ (obligés de claquer la porte de toute ma force pour etre sereins de savoir que nos affaires étaient en sécurité) La luminosité est tres forte quand on est face a la mer les rideaux occultants ne suffisent pas , un masque de nuit est a prevoir si vous etes sensible a la lumiere et des boules quiès si vous êtes sensible au bruit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aromar. To start, the parking lot was very conveniently located (there is a charge for it). I would suggest reserving in advance of your stay. The balconies and views from our room were incredible. We could see both the mountains and the sea. The family room provided two separate spaces for us and our children which was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We appreciated the gluten free options, the coffee machine, delicious pastries, eggs, and drink options. The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Main Street of town with shops and dining. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at a nearby excursion provider. We also loved the walking on the trail along the coast that has amazing views and coves to swim in. I wish the hotel provided lounge chairs for the beach as an amenity (they are rentable for $9/day). As other reviews state, our shower drain emitted a very bad smell. Additionally, the lights in our bathroom flicked on and off and sometimes the shower would turn very hot unexpectedly. The rooms would benefit from a luggage rack or something to put a suitcase on. That being said, the positives of the property outweighed the negatives. I do hope that the hotel continues to look into finding solutions for the bathroom issues. We really did love our stay at the Hotel Aromar. The appreciated the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Great location on the beach and clean rooms. Not much space for your clothes. Check In was 30 min late and parking was moved to 1 km from the hotel. Our room smelled from sewerage probably because of the rain and only in random periods. Breakfast was really bad - Omelet and croissants was very dry. The staff wanted our kids to pay as adults (10 and 12 years) so we did. All other days we went out for breakfast. We checked out off the hotel one day before time without them even asking why. Service was really not good.

La cama es un poco pequeña pero cómoda. Teníamos habitación lateral vista a mar con ducha de cristal. Muy bonita la verdad. Pero una cosa que nos ha sorprendido es que solo daban “tissues” en la habitación. Que estos hoteles suelen dar más cosillas, pero evidentemente no es obligatorio. Teníamos media pensión, las bebidas de la cena no estaban incluidas. Variedad de comida tanto en cena como desayuno y muy buena.

Salle de bain pas propre, la baignoire pleine de cheveux coincés dans le cyphon et dans les jets de la baignoire balneo, le sol de la salle de bain et sol de la chambre pleins de cheveux. La nourriture pas terrible pourtant le buffet avait du choix... Sinon la chambre est spacieuse, un mini frigo c'est pratique, la vue du 6 eme etages est jolie. Oreillers pas confortable mais le matelas est bon. Pas bien insonorisé ont entend toutes les personnes dans leurs chambres.

Lit confortable Belle vue sur la mer Emplacement idéal entre plage et centre ville L'hôtel nous a offert une bouteille de champagne a l'occasion de notre anniversaire nous avons apprecié cette attention de leur part. Beaucoup de bons restos au alentours , nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de l'hotel. Parking sous terrain 25€ par nuit/ extérieur 18€ par nuit Piscine plus grande qu'en photo et beaucoup de transat, piscine surveillée par un maitre nageur. Tous les employeurs sont très sympthiques et soucieux de leur client Les nuits étaient difficiles a cause du manque d'insonorisation des chambres (murs et fenêtre), plusieurs nuits un groupe de personnes sur la plage en face de la chambre criait ou mettait la musiques certains voisins de chambres ont parlé fort sur la terrasse voisine et nous avons été reveillé par le bruit des machines à café ou douches des voisins (pourtant nous avons le sommeil lourd) car les murs sont tres fins. Notre porte ne se fermait pas correctement et malgré l'intervention du personnel, du directeur de l'hôtel et du technicien elle ne fermait toujours pas correctement a notre départ (obligés de claquer la porte de toute ma force pour etre sereins de savoir que nos affaires étaient en sécurité) La luminosité est tres forte quand on est face a la mer les rideaux occultants ne suffisent pas , un masque de nuit est a prevoir si vous etes sensible a la lumiere et des boules quiès si vous êtes sensible au bruit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aromar. To start, the parking lot was very conveniently located (there is a charge for it). I would suggest reserving in advance of your stay. The balconies and views from our room were incredible. We could see both the mountains and the sea. The family room provided two separate spaces for us and our children which was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We appreciated the gluten free options, the coffee machine, delicious pastries, eggs, and drink options. The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Main Street of town with shops and dining. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at a nearby excursion provider. We also loved the walking on the trail along the coast that has amazing views and coves to swim in. I wish the hotel provided lounge chairs for the beach as an amenity (they are rentable for $9/day). As other reviews state, our shower drain emitted a very bad smell. Additionally, the lights in our bathroom flicked on and off and sometimes the shower would turn very hot unexpectedly. The rooms would benefit from a luggage rack or something to put a suitcase on. That being said, the positives of the property outweighed the negatives. I do hope that the hotel continues to look into finding solutions for the bathroom issues. We really did love our stay at the Hotel Aromar. The appreciated the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Hotel tres agreable sur la plage avec une superbe piscine . Chambres très propres et confortable le petit dejeuner et le buffet du soir tres varie De plus l hôtel est situé tout proche du centre ville Je reviendrai surement l annee prochaine

Great location on the beach and clean rooms. Not much space for your clothes. Check In was 30 min late and parking was moved to 1 km from the hotel. Our room smelled from sewerage probably because of the rain and only in random periods. Breakfast was really bad - Omelet and croissants was very dry. The staff wanted our kids to pay as adults (10 and 12 years) so we did. All other days we went out for breakfast. We checked out off the hotel one day before time without them even asking why. Service was really not good.

Good location. Room was decent. View had construction outside the beach view. No blanket on one of the beds which when we called, no one was available and the sleeping that night was not comfortable.

La cama es un poco pequeña pero cómoda. Teníamos habitación lateral vista a mar con ducha de cristal. Muy bonita la verdad. Pero una cosa que nos ha sorprendido es que solo daban “tissues” en la habitación. Que estos hoteles suelen dar más cosillas, pero evidentemente no es obligatorio. Teníamos media pensión, las bebidas de la cena no estaban incluidas. Variedad de comida tanto en cena como desayuno y muy buena.

Salle de bain pas propre, la baignoire pleine de cheveux coincés dans le cyphon et dans les jets de la baignoire balneo, le sol de la salle de bain et sol de la chambre pleins de cheveux. La nourriture pas terrible pourtant le buffet avait du choix... Sinon la chambre est spacieuse, un mini frigo c'est pratique, la vue du 6 eme etages est jolie. Oreillers pas confortable mais le matelas est bon. Pas bien insonorisé ont entend toutes les personnes dans leurs chambres.
