Hotel Bajamar

It was all OK and good value for money. Room had faults with balcony door not locking and shower broke which was reported to hotel staff. Also a little noisy but would consider again as location great, friendly staff and quality cafe attached.

Great hotel and lovely staff

I probably would have given this hotel a 4 or even a 5 given its location, its cleanliness, the reception staff and the stunning view from my third floor room. However, unfortunately, halfway through my trip, on Wednesday 2 April, I came back to discover that someone had gone through my luggage, which was locked with a padlock, and an envelope containing Euros had disappeared. In the interests of fairness it does say on the door of the room that the hotel is not responsible if you do not put valuables in the room safety deposit box and that is what I was told when I reported it. Fair enough, although they are not foolproof as staff can access them with master keys or codes – after all, how do they re-set it after a guest has used it and have it ready for the next one. I was a little surprised at the lack of reaction/empathy, just that it is your fault and tough, rather than look at the bigger picture that someone had been into my room, looked for my luggage which was kept under the bed and locked with a padlock. I would have thought that this should have at least raised a few alarm bells with them – could happen to someone else. This individual(s) had taken the time to look around for the key, which was hidden under a pillow on the top shelf of the wardrobe, unlocked the case, rifled through my belongings and then took the envelope with money in it, locked the case back up and put it under the bed – so clearly in there for a while. Left feeling very disappointed and upset.

Our stay was great. I would recommend this hotel! Very walkable to bus, sites and restaurants! Ladies at the desk were very kind and welcoming! Allowed us to store luggage before and after check in/out! Best bed I’ve ever slept in Europe!!!!! Nice balcony. No refrigerator but that was ok. We would stay again! Very clean!!!!!

Property filled all our needs.No restaurant facilities didnt matter as so many nearby.Was very good value for we paid.And best tapas at El Puente only 250 metres away.

Hotel muito simples, funcionários não muito solicitos , muitas vezes a recepção ficava vazia , o quarto que fiquei era barulhento, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel .

There is no were to park at the hotel but you can go 5 minutes to a free public car park

Gran ubicación, cerca del centro de Nerja, y de todos los puntos de interés turísticos. El único contratiempo fue aparcar, pero existen aparcamientos muy cercanos, y con paciencia se encuentra en algún lugar cerca del hotel.

Very nice, central located hotel. Stuff very nice. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, just some shade would have been appreciated. I would not minded bringing my towel, however since it was not mentioned it was a tad inconvenient. However a general pleasant stay.

Amazing stay, kids loved the pool area

El hotel estaba muy cerca de todo. Habitación normal, con A/A, TV pero no smart TV, secador, cama cómoda. Tiene piscina en la terraza, es una estancia muy pequeña. La recepcionista ANA, fue excepcional, una Sra muy atenta, agradable, nos guío y aconsejó todo lo que preguntamos. Calidad precio muy bien. Lo único malo es el aparcamiento, no tiene parking

Las habitaciones estaban en la planta baja, sin rejas, inseguras, si quieres intimidad tienes que tener todo cerrado. Daba la sensación de estar en un zulo.
