La estancia a sido muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas, hubo un error con la edad de la niña y antes de llegar ya nos lo habían solucionado, todo perfecto, la comida muy bien, el spa muy bien, el personal muy atento y amable, un chico de recepción con gafas muy simpático y amable, una señora rubia también encantadora, en general hemos estado muy bien, totalmente recomendable.

Toujours un très bon acceuil, notre chambre était très propre, serviettes de toilette remplacé tous les jours et lit refait.... Restaurant au top, très bon choix, varié tous les jours et des spécialités, et le monsieur qui gère la salle est très sympathique..... Trois ou quatre fois que nous venons, et en Mai prochain nous reviondrons à l'Hotel Bernat. Félicitations aussi à tous le personnel!!

The total is at proximity walking distance to the beach. The total is outdated, very small rooms, area around isn’t the best and noisy. The pool is very small, not as advertised. The full board is very limited of choices. The rooms service staff and Montse up front are very nice.

This was our second stay at Hotel Bernatt 11. It is a lovely hotel that is close to the beach and a short walk to Calella town. It is always clean and tidy and the staff show pride in their work. Food was lovely as always. The pool has been updated this past year - looks really nice with the additional paddling space for little children. The materials used in the revamp are coming away, so it seems that it will need to be redone again soon.

Pienso que no es un hotel 4 estrellas. Las puertas de los cuartos no cerraban bien al igual que la puerta de la terraza, se escuchaba el ruido del pasillo y de la calle; tomando en cuenta que pareciera que también entre cuarto y cuarto no hay una separación; todo se escuchaba.

Receptionist Montse was a diamond when checking in, she also rescued me from the balcony when I managed to lock myself out. She is very kind and helpful, always smiling. Unfortunately the wifi did not work in the room due to power outages (city wide! Not hotels fault) and the wifi range extender was broken on second floor. The night receptionist mocked/questioned me slightly for asking for an extra blanket. The pool area has been renovated and does not reflect in the pictures, I would argue the layout has improved however the grout and paint is chipping loose and floating in the pool water. Breakfast was lovely. Had two great nights sleep, amenities in the room worked well.

Un double vitrage serai souhaitable. les couloirs en parquet ne sont pas forcement silencieux non plus. Les balcons sont vraiment collés et quand on se penche un peu on voit tout ce qui se passe chez le voisin. Voila pour le négatif qui est important pour les avis. Sinon l'hotel est sympathique et asssez bien situé.

Séjour de trois jours en couple dans cet hôtel où le personnel est très sympathique. Il est très bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre où la ville de Calella est à découvrir. Par contre, pour nous, après avoir déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 4 étoiles, celui-ci ne les mérite pas, trois suffisent. La nourriture est basique, industrielle, pas de folie. Les chambres propres mais demandent un rajeunissement, peinture des portes etc. Les serviettes nous ont été changées le second jour. Détail, mais quand on séjourne dans un 4 étoile, on s'attend à un standing supérieur. Seul, le personnel remonte la note.

Un double vitrage serai souhaitable. les couloirs en parquet ne sont pas forcement silencieux non plus. Les balcons sont vraiment collés et quand on se penche un peu on voit tout ce qui se passe chez le voisin. Voila pour le négatif qui est important pour les avis. Sinon l'hotel est sympathique et asssez bien situé.

Séjour de trois jours en couple dans cet hôtel où le personnel est très sympathique. Il est très bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre où la ville de Calella est à découvrir. Par contre, pour nous, après avoir déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 4 étoiles, celui-ci ne les mérite pas, trois suffisent. La nourriture est basique, industrielle, pas de folie. Les chambres propres mais demandent un rajeunissement, peinture des portes etc. Les serviettes nous ont été changées le second jour. Détail, mais quand on séjourne dans un 4 étoile, on s'attend à un standing supérieur. Seul, le personnel remonte la note.
