This is our 4th time staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love coming back! The cleanliness is always top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—truly excellent customer service. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of delicious options, and vegetarians will have no trouble finding something satisfying.
The location is great if you have a car—just 10 to 25 minutes to Chipiona, Rota, Jerez de la Frontera, and Cádiz. It’s also about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to Seville, which makes for a nice day trip.
The beds are incredibly comfortable (some of the best we've ever slept in!), and overall, the hotel continues to exceed our expectations. We can't wait to return again!

The hotel has everything you could wish for for a family holiday lots of swimming pools fantastic food and an amazing kids club. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely go back there again.

Todo estupendo. Una habitación amplia con dos camas grandes, balcón con solarium y un baño con ducha. La comida ha estado bastante bien y variedad de productos. Piscina cubierta y piscinas exterior, todas abiertas. En general todo muy bien, repetiremos sin duda.

La limpieza de habitaciones deja mucho qué desear y las toallas horribles por la cantidad de tiempo sin cambios, las sábanas 4 días sin cambio y baño con hormigas , limpieza del suelo brilla por su ausencia etc

This hotel is AMAZING! We have been here 3 times already and we love it! It is so clean and family-friendly, the food is amazing, etc. We loved that spa, service, and accessibility to the beach. There is nothing that we can name that we did not like.

If you like lots and lots of screaming kids crying everywhere, this is the hotel for you. There is no peace. The room and the place is nice but the amount of people and quality of those people is very hard to bear. Awful music blasting at the pool. I was not happy here.

Another great little break at Costa Ballena.
Despite the long queues at check in, the staff worked through the lines promptly.
Food at the buffet was ok, has been better in the past, same with the pool restaurant.
There was plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening which was appreciated.
Grounds and pool were clean at all times. Don't understand why small inflatables are not allowed in the main pool. I understand big ones, but small rubber rings should be considered in my opinion.
Thank you for a nice few days (think its our fourth visit), will come again soon!

La comida en el desayuno y la cena es muy abundante pero la calidad podría mejorarse, no obstante lo anterior, la relación calidad-precio es adecuada.

Hemos estado una semana, la experiencia ha resultado regular, es un hotel con familias, demasiado alboroto.
En las horas de comidas, mucha cola para entrar y el catering muy pobre de variedad y de calidad.
