L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro antico. Il check-in anticipato ci ha fatto risparmiare tempo all'arrivo. Personale super disponibile e servizio impeccabile. Caffè/cappuccino gratis a colazione e nel pomeriggio. Stanza essenziale, ma per chi come me l'ha utilizzata solo per dormire va benissimo. Pulizie e cambio biancheria giornalieri.

Booked for a group of 14 people, 2 night stay. Good location, Friendly receptionists, very clean and rooms were as described. Very good hotel for the price. Would stay again, no problems.

Everything during the stay was ok. Upon arrival was told we had to pay a €50 deposit which we would get back around 2 weeks after our stay. It has now been nearly 2 months since our stay and I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times and ways to just be ignored by them and not receive our money back.

He viajado solo, la habitación sin una silla para sentarse y con muy poco espacio para transitar por ella. Ubicada en la zona de recepción y dando a la calle, mucho ruido. La ducha filtraba agua por dos puntos por lo que dejaba charco. El servicio de limpieza pasaba a limpiar sobre las 15:30-16 horas por lo que me partía la hora de la siesta, por lo que no pasó el servicio de limpieza por mi habitación del rente los 5 días que ocupé la habitación. Solo espero que me devuelvan rápidamente el depósito de 50€ que me hicieron abonar. Estancia decepcionante.

Se quedaron con mi depósito. Básicamente es un hotel que usa tu depósito para enriquecerse. Fui la única persona que se quedó en esa habitación hecha de carton y materiales desechables. Llamo después de casi 10 dias para saber qué ha pasado con mi depósito y su devolución y me dicen usted rompió el cabecero de cama. Que alguien me explique como pude hacer eso? Si cuando me fui todo estaba en orden .

Struttura comoda e pulita, dotata di ascensore utile per chi ha la camera al sesta piano. Camera luminosa ma anche buia per dormire bene, aria condizionata funzionante, ha il balcone ampio con un tavolino e due sedie. Posizione ottima vicino al mare e al centro

What i didn't like was the size of the shower, could hardly turn,if you did you turn of the shower because the leaver was to close to your body. Also had to put a card on the door by 11am or your room didn't get cleaned, never had that before in all the hotels I've been in benidorm

El primer día en la ducha encontramos pelos de otra persona, es decir no habían limpiado bien la habitación. El segundo día no habían limpiado el piso y por ende se veían restos de polvo en el piso, el tercer día estaba sin agua el inodoro, cabe recalcar que nos íbamos en la mañana y regresábamos en la noche, la habitación normal pero tenía una sábana y las colchas tenían hueco y eran dos pedazos de manta, ni siquiera una sola entera, eso me pareció súper de mal gusto porque era un hotel no un hostal, sin embargo el personal se portó muy bien y siempre buscaban soluciones
