Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend!

We saw a few ants near the coffee area, despite being told there weren’t any — likely due to Palma’s ant issue. Our bathroom didn’t match the photos (no shower door), and with towels only changed every two days for eco reasons, it didn’t make sense with water splashing everywhere. Thankfully, the staff was kind and gave us an extra towel. Minor issues, but we’d still gladly return!

Amazing location - across the road from the Palace and the Cathedral. Managed to see the King of Spain who was leaving the palace at the same time we left the hotel. Able to walk to an amazing beach, harbour for a boat trip and in the central location for everything in Palma. Hotel was charming and spotless, breakfast was excellent and staff were all brilliant.

Fabulous hotel in a brilliant location.
The staff were so helpful and even carried a very heavy case down the stairs to the taxi rank.
The hotel is beautiful and the room decor and facilities first rate. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to extract yourself from it.
I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Die Lage an direkt an der Kathedrale sowie die Nähe zum Zentrum sind sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist im mallorcibischen Stil einfach und schlicht, aber sehr schön.
Leider konnten wir die Klimaanlage erst nicht selbst steuern, und haben die erste Nacht bei 18 Grad verbracht. Auch die Nächte danach war es nicht viel besser, aber immerhin wärmer. Leider wae auch der Safe defekt, wobei sich das Team vom Hotel sehr zeitnah um einen tragbaren Ersatz gekümmert hat.
Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber, und auch das Team vor Ort hat sich viel Mühe gegeben.

We stayed for one night only. The hotel, room and service was excellent and the bed was very comfy. However for 4* I would have liked my 2nd coffee and orange juice at breakfast for free instead of being charged for.

This is a gorgeous hotel that is literally located directly between the big cathedral and the royal palace. The staff was phenomenal and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Arrived at property with friends for a city break. Hotel positioned next to Palma Cathedral and a former Palace in an area with many shops, restaurants and places of interest a short walk away.
On arrival our friend’s room was ready but ours wasn’t which was fine given we had arrived early.
Our room was a city view as requested and although listed as “pure silence” some noise was experienced as the original windows are single glazed. We could hear tourists walking and talking as they passed by and the odd delivery vehicle and workers arriving very early in the morning (as early as 5:50am). However between about 11pm and 6am it was perfectly quiet.
Our friends had a courtyard view and found their room to be silent.
Rooms were modern and very clean with old world charm such as original ceilings and windows.
Great shower and comfy beds in good sized rooms.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel felt secure with key card entry to main doors as well as rooms and 24/7 reception.
We did not add breakfast to our booking via the travel company as it was expensive in our view at around 23euros pppd however I believe that if you book the hotel direct then breakfast is included.
We ate breakfast at local cafes each morning until the day we left when we ate at the hotel.
It’s not a buffet breakfast, rather a set menu. It included a pastry, meat, cheese, eggs, toast, yogurt with fruit, one coffee and one orange juice-plenty for two to share.
Would we return?
Yes we would!
