Loved the uniqness of the building, ability to leave luggage during the day so can tour the city some more on the day of checkout. There were four to our room and so having another bathroom down the hall was very helpful!

Hotel was adequate. Front door entry didn’t work after hours. Had to call someone on duty offsite late and he wasn’t happy to be disturbed. I found some staff to be not friendly.

Prima locatie, net uit de echte drukte van het centrum maar goed aan te lopen.
Wij hadden de eerste kamer naast de ontbijtruimte en dat is wel heel storend. Veel herrie van mensen die heen en weer liepen.
Prima prijs kwaliteit. Parkeergarage wel heel krap.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum und der Alhambra. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig mit Käse, Wurst, Schinken, süßem Brotaufstrich, verschiedenes Brot, Croissants, Cerealien, Säften, Kaffee, Obst usw.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und wenn wir nochmal nach Granada kommen, buchen wir unser Zimmer wieder im Hotel Carlos V!

Happy with what I got for the price. Please note that you need to checkin before 9 PM. There is no staff after 9 PM. You will likely need to park in public parking thats 2 mins away as hotel parking will be full. There is carrefour grocery as soon as you get down so very convenient. Taxi cost $10 to Alahambra so quite close. Cathedral is 10-15 mins and lots of places to eat around there.

L endroit est tres bien. Y a plein de places pas loin, le petit train qui fait le tour de grenada est pas loin non plus. Il faut demander a la reception pour avoir des infos. J ai pris l option petit déjeuner et comme je suis parti avant, la veille au soir j en ai parle a la reception qui m a preparé des choses. Je recommande.

Pros: very clean and accessible to restaurants, public transportation and overall shopping. Staff was courteous and attentive.
Cons: parking was terrible. Space was very narrow and constraint, making it very difficult to maneuver vehicle and/or get in and out of the vehicle. Access key to front door if hotel never worked. Therefore, I had to impose myself to a 10 pm curfew because after that time there was no receptionist that would open the door. They had an emergency phone number but I had no phone service to access it and WiFi did not reach downstairs. Streets were also narrow to drive around and some you could literally touch the building walls from the vehicle. Although breakfast was provided for a few, it was always the same.
