Hotel Dunas - Puerto

El fabuloso trato de todo el personal. Son amables, serviciales y SIEMPRE con una sonrisa. Te hacen sentir muy bien. La zona de la piscina está genial, con buen horario de apertura y cierre. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es potente, así que se duerme genial. Baño grande y cama grande y cómoda. Volvería sin duda,pero a la zona de abajo 😃.

La estancia hemos estado muy bien muy familiar. El servicio también bien. Yo lo q cambiaría sería q hace falta más variedad a la hora del buffet es muy repetitivo todo. Aunque también tengo q decir q esta todo bueno. Pero muy poca variedad.

The hotel was not available so they booked me at a beautiful local hotel. They served a cold breakfast with some salami type meats, cheese and lots of fresh juices.

Hemos repetido porque estuvimos hace unos años y nos encantó su ubicación, entre dunas y pinos y muy cerquita de la playa. Su personal es muy amable, sobre todo Antonio Bueno el camarero. Las habitaciones son tipo bungalow cómodas pero escuetas. Lo recomiendo y repetiré

Solo fue para un día pero es bastante acogedor el personal muy amable y la zona de alrededores excelente

Hemos estado muy agusto

Motel plutôt qu'hôtel , bungalows et non des chambres un peu vieillot d'aspect et sans WIFI dans ces mêmes bungalows mais propre avec juste une odeur persistante de cigarette bien qu'il soit interdit de fumer dans les chambres. La situation de cet établissement permet de laisser sa voiture au parking du motel et d'utiliser le ferry pour se rendre à Cadiz. Coût du Ferry 2,65 € l'embarquement est à 2 kms du Motel , donc pratique. Le petit déjeuner qui est affiché 9 €uros dur le site Expédia est en fait à 5,50 €uros donc bonne surprise d'autant plus qu'il est très bien garni : Pain de mie où autres petits pains ronds , beurre, confiture, café, chocolat, thé ,jus de fruits , jambon ,saucisson ,fromage ,salade de fruits, yaourts . donc très complet Le cadre est plutôt sympa les bungalows se trouvant dans un jardin très arboré . Piscine au centre du jardin que nous n'avons pas utilisée nous n'étions pas là pour ça. Dans l'ensemble excellent rapport qualité prix puisqu'une chambre double est facturée 30,13 €uros + petit déjeuner .

Bien, aunque fue corta.Hice la reserva porque ya conocia el hotel.El entorno y el mantenimiento muy bien.Las habitaciones muy sencilla pero no necesitabamos mas.

lo mejor es que permiten perro lo peor es que si no quieres playa por el tiempo estas lejos del centro

Esta es la filosofia de las personas que de encargan de limpiar las habitaciones. Eso fue lo que tuve que escuchar a las 9:30 de la mañana de un domingo desde mi cama. Y eso es lo que chillaban las señoras de la limpieza. Lo único bueno del hotel es su localización, lo demás, las habitaciones, el trato de los empleados, la limpieza, el desayuno, etc, dejan mucho que desear.

It took quite a while to find the hotel, it doesn't appear quite where the sat nav tells you it should be. When I found the hotel, check in was quick and our room was easy to find, however the car park was quite hard to find, we were given a fob to open the car park gate which didn't work so we had to return to reception to swap it. The rooms here are motel style so each room has it's own door. Outside our room there seemed to be an open sewer which really didn't smell too pleasant. The room had it's own air conditioning unit but i'm not sure it had been used for a while as it spewed out alot of brown gunk when I turned it on. The room was spacious but very basic, there was only one lamp and that was hanging off the wall, there were no coffee making facilities. Over night we left our toothbrushes, toothpaste etc. by the sink but when we went to use them in the morning they were crawling with small ants! In the evening we ate in the restaurant, the photos of it look lovely but the reality is that it's in a bar, that had the football on, more like a street corner pub. They supplied menus in English but unforunately the waiter didn't understand English so couldn't read his own menu, as such I ordered date pate and received a plate of iberian ham. The day of checking out, I found my hire car with a puncture but when I asked for help at reception, they refused. My advice is if the price is cheap, and you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head, then this might suit as the hotel is close to the beach, the surroundings are nice and El Puerto De Santa Maria is a pleasant town but I wouldn't recommend staying here more than a few nights as it's just not up to scratch. I would think you would be very disappointed if you had booked this for a two week relaxing vacation. Sorry.

Nettes Hotel neben einem Park. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffett. Zu Fuss sind der Strand (10 min) oder das Stadtzentrum (25 min) zu erreichen. Auch eine Busstation neben dem Hotel.

Just outside town. It's quite confusing to get there driving due to the uncountable roundabouts. However, it is only a 5 - 10 mins drive from the city centre. Staff are ok, but not too friendly. Room is basic. Breakfast buffet quite basic as well. Very close to the seafront. Ideal if you want to go out on the bikes, as the bike lane is 2 mins from the hotel and it goes along the sea front.

La atención dejó bastante que desear dos ejemplos, solicitamos una almohada extra a las 9 de la noche nos dijeron que era imposible hasta el día siguiente, y uno de los días bajamos a la cafetería a desayunar sobre las 11 h nos dijeron que estaba cerrada que la persona encargada no vendría hasta mediodía, no pudimos tomar ni un café. Apuntar que la señora de la limpieza fue la persona más implicada en el hotel.

Hotel Dunas Puerte is located outside the center of el Puerto de Santa Maria but there is a local bus stop right in front, so dont let location stop you from staying there. Dunas Puerte is a nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. I would recommend it mostly to those travelers who need more or less just a place to sleep/relax a bit (there is a quite nice swimming pool to be used) . i was a bit disappointed over the breakfast, which was quite basic. but still...hotel offers a good service for a good/not to expensive price.

A área de lazer do hotel é ampla e muito agradável, além disso o lugar é bem tranquilo. Porém senti falta de um frigobar e a comida do restaurante não é boa.
