Stay was amazing. Was there during off season so dinning was limited for choice. Staff was great.

Lille poolens få liggstole i egen seperat gård, fin udsigt fra siden. Stor tag bar, som var super hyggelig. Men billederne på jacuzzi og pool snød lidt, og dyrt for jacuzzi

El hotel está bien situado y está reformado. Las habitaciones son cómodas y se agradece tener un balconcito. Nos gustó mucho el sky bar y los cocktails y el servicio era muy bueno. El personal de recepción muy agradable y atento pero el de cafetería muy borde. Fuimos a preguntar para poder desayunar sin ir al buffet y nos mandaron a un sitio a sentarnos que era como una sala de estar (en la que no estaba preparada para atender para comer porque eran mesas bajas) y estuvieron sin traernos la carta ni hacernos caso hasta que decidimos irnos. Era como o tomas buffet o no me interesa que estés aquí. Muy mala sensación. Encontramos opciones de desayuno cerca muy buenas.

Great Hotel, Sky bar, Spa, Restaurant and pool. We were a little disappointed with our hotel room. No bidet in an otherwise good bathroom (a must in hot climate). Our room was on the first floor corner with restricted sea view that left us slightly disappointed. Would we recommend this Hotel- Yes, just request a higher floor!

Quiet and nice beach

Hotel Review Things I Didn’t Like 1. Refrigerator Issues – The in-room refrigerator didn’t keep drinks cold. We solved this by bringing our own cooler and filling it with ice each day. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t provide ice, have an ice machine, or even sell ice. 2. Weak Air Conditioning – The A/C blows air, but very lightly. Even with the thermostat set to the lowest setting, the room never got truly cold. 3. Low-Quality Towels – For a four-star hotel, the towels were disappointing. They felt cheap, as if they came from a bargain store. 4. Bed Design – The beds aren’t attached to the wall. If you’re traveling as a couple, expect the bed to slide around the room. 5. Restaurant Experience Unknown – I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, only the free breakfast that came with my upgraded room. Things I Liked 1. Breakfast Variety – The breakfast offered a good variety of items. 2. Spacious Shower – The shower was large and very comfortable. 3. Daily Housekeeping – Our room was cleaned every day and stocked with fresh (though still cheap) towels. 4. Balcony View – We had a balcony with a beautiful beach view. 5. Prime Location – Just a two-minute walk to the beach and about ten minutes to shops and restaurants. 6. Nice Pool – A good alternative if you don’t feel like going to the beach. Other Notes • Parking – Shaded parking is a big plus, but you need to reserve a spot. Otherwise, you’ll be parking in the hot sun. • Staff – Friendly and polite. No complaints

Such a relaxing stay! Beautiful decor and the dinner was fabulous! So delicious!

Bra mindre hotell med trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt överallt. Takbar som är väl värd att besöka flera gånger. Hotellet ligger mycket nära bra bad, solstolar och en Chirinqito. Vi valde balkong med havsutsikt den här gången och var mycket nöjda. Rummen är något små och lyhörda men fräscha och bra sängar och badrum. Många bra restauranger i närheten.

The staff needs to be sent on service minded training. Grumpier staff I haven’t seen in a long time. Further, they will not open a bottle for you and tell you it’s not allowed in a very bad way. They will not lend you glasses and again they will tell you that in a very rude way. If it wasn’t for the excellent food in the restaurant I would have rated this place even lower.

Good Reception with friendly staff, but we were given a broken key for the room and then got blamed for breaking it which was rather annoying. We were booked for a 3 night stay, but left after 1 night which incurred a full nights penalty payment. Pool is not adequate, the picture they use is for the Spa which was not open while we were there, and it is separate from the hotel over the road behind a corrugated metal fence and a locked gate which we were given another key for, rooms are basic to say the least, and the Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, nothing around about. The Restaurant on the other hand is pretentious, with nothing really on offer for lunch, even a salad is a 'salt fish ensalada' for around 22 Euros, and the staff seemed a bit aloof. In contrast, the breakfast was very poor. The hotels saving =grace was a very well kept beach nearby, but 25 Euros for 2 beds and a brolly.

Lovely hotel. V modern with ocean touches. V nice decor and clean. Roof bar is great and the beach is just a few steps away!

Very clean and tidy, not far from the center of guardamar de Segura, staff friendly and helpful at all times, restaurants well worth a visit.

The hotel is very nice. The room had a balcony with an amazing sea view and the was spacious. There was a drying rack on the balcony to hang my bathing suit after a swim at the beach. The restaurant had great food and service. However, I asked for a double bed and not two single beds put together. The front desk staff said they saved me a room with a double bed. However, it was two single beds made up together. They should be clear if they don’t have double beds. The room was also right under the sky bar and spa, which could be noisy. I asked for another room and moved to the 2nd floor with two single beds. I didn’t want the buffet breakfast, but asked if I could get a small breakfast at the hotel. I was told by the front desk staff that I could, but all you can get is coffee and croissant and they didn’t have any croissants the first day. I ate breakfast out every morning for around 5 euros ( including a waffle with fruit one day, omlette another day, and a fried egg with toast another day) which is better than paying 15 euros at the hotel for the buffet. They should offer alternatives for breakfast. I did have coffee and a croissant on my last morning. It was 5 euros, which is more expensive than nearby restaurants charge for just that. Also, I asked for ice and I could buy a drink with ice or get ice from store. The ice I bought melted after two days in mini fridge. Also, the hotel is beachfront at a great beach but doesn’t provide any chairs or umbrellas for guests.

Goed hotel, prima personeel, keurige kamer met iedere dag schoon linnengoed. Kopje koffie/thee op de kamer aanwezig. Op “kruipafstand” van het strand.

Great location right on the beach with super friendly staff and walking distance to everything. Nice clean rooms, great views, Resturant and spa. Highly recommend

Tveksam om hållbarhet, då engångsförpackningar för kaffe, smör och honung användes i restaurangen. Lyhörda rum. F.ö. utmärkt, nära till stan med restauranger och stranden.

Sinceramente no parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, la suit muy pequeña, la piscina al aire libre y hay que cruzar una calle. Pedi una botella de agua por la noche y me dijeron que no, el bar estaba cerrado, además me recomendó no beber agua del grifo. sinceramente demasiado caro para lo que es.
