This hotel was fine and clean I just think the photos make it look nicer than reality. Staff was very nice helpful. Location is perfect.

Lovely staff, lovely person at the reception as well as the ones for breakfast. Location is amazing, just 2mn walk to Plaza Mayor. Recommended!

Great location in Salamanca, this hotel is right around the corner from everything you’d want to do there. Staff is friendly, place is clean, breakfast is good. Highly recommended.

Hotel bem centralizado, ao lado da praça, porém nosso quarto muito inferior as expectativas passadas pelas imagens. Hotel antigo mas bem conservado, café da manhã espetacular atendimento impecável

En el centro de Salamanca. Excelente ubicación y fantástico personal de recepción. Instalaciones muy cuidadas y fantástica limpieza. Habitaciones amplias y muy funcionales.

Showing 4-star … it’s really not by any means

The hotel is difficult to access, it does not have parking as promised and they say that it is Expedia's responsibility and not theirs.

Las cañerías son súper viejas por lo que hacen muuuucho ruido! Faltan contactos de luz mejor ubicados!

The hotel is located in the very center of the old city. This is close to all landmarks! However makes it difficult to arrive with suitcases ( and we had a lot) Hotel is good and rooms spacious

Perfect location right in the heart of everything

The staff at Hotel Rua are the kindest most accommodating people I’ve had the privilege to meet. They want to please their customers and they are willing to help with anything. They have gone above and beyond.

My hotel room was very disappointing. It was misrepresented. Nothing like the pictures on the website. And an old air conditioning unit located in a small area away from the actual bedroom so relatively ineffective in the bedroom. No TV in the bedroom area, stains that had not been cleaned in the bathroom tub. Bright white hospital lighting throughout only natural light came through some windows that were about 5 feet off the floor that looked on to a roof full of pigeon poop and some trash. The ceiling slanted down to barely 7 feet high at its lowest. So it felt like a cave. The furniture was dated and the whole room was very uninviting. Fortunately, I didn’t spend much time in my room, because for such a beautiful town, the room is fairly depressing. When I asked to be moved, I was told I was given the last room available , and that otherwise they would’ve moved me. No four-star or even three star hotel should rent a room like this.

Muy mala experiencia, mal servicio en recepcion desde la llegada, poca amabilidad, ascensor del siglo XIX, instalaciones pequeñas, parqueo muy lejor y de pago, toca rogarle a recepcion para que te abran, NUNCA volvere...
