Camera spaziosa ( deluxe con terrazzo) , bagno con doppio lavandino , ampia doccia e bidet.

Checkin foi rápido! Havíamos pedido quarto longe do elevador e ficamos de frente à ele, acho que se não tivéssemos feito essa observação talvez teríamos ficado mais distante. Tínhamos dois quartos reservados e ficamos em andares distantes, o que dificultou nossa logística. Esse tb foi um outro pedido no ato da reserva, o qual tb não foi atendido. O que valeu mto a pena foi o atendimento da Martina todos os dias no café da manhã, sempre mto alegre e solicita, mesmo sendo só ela a dar conta de tudo: limpeza, reposição dos alimentos… Uma única pessoa pra fazer tudo, não acho justo!! Mesmo assim estava sempre nos esperando com um sorriso. Achamos o colchão mto mole, o que nos atrapalhou o descanso. A temperatura do quarto era geral e se ligávamos a ventilação para abafar mais o barulho da rua, o quarto ficava insuportável de quente. As janelas eram acústicas mas no horário de pico e por ser final de ano, o barulho passava um pouco. Chuveiro excelente, com bastante pressão. A pessoa que arrumou nosso quarto tb o fez mto bem! O fato de ter um bebedouro para enchermos as garrafas de água tb facilitou bastante. Solicitamos chá em uma noite e nos foi oferecido no quarto uma bandeja com vários sabores. Na saída nos foi disponibilizado um consigna mto espaçoso, e podendo usar banheiro tb.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The service, cleanliness and quality were great. I had a large room and a big balcony overlooking the activity below. Great location with proximity to train station and major city attractions. Great food at breakfast buffet. I was here for 8 days for the Valencia Marathon.

staff were fantastic, room was serviced every day, only real "complaint" were (as The Jam once sang) the paper thin walls! great location for Historico Centro

È un hotel in posizione strategica, due minuti dalla fermata di Xativa (metro) e altrettanti dalla piazza Ayuntamiento. Il personale è gentilissimo e mostra grande professionalità. Può sembrare una banalità ma avendo visto la prenotazione fatta da italiani hanno riservato per noi stanze ove è presente il bidet. Pilar alla reception parla un ottimo italiano così come l’addetta al buffet. L’hotel mette a disposizione un distributore di acqua fresca e in camera troverete un bottiglia riutilizzabile.

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre confortable et si on n’a oublié sa brosse à dents, pas d’inquiétude l’hôtel vous en fournit une!!! Le petit balcon est très sympa. Il donne sur la la chambre est bien insonorisée. Super séjour!rue!!!

Clean room, staff

Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable bed, spacious room and a balcony that we can watch whats happening on the street. A little bit noisy at night because we are at the 2nd floor, we can hear people talking while eating, but thats alright with us. They have a small clothes line by the balcony, toiletries, a lot of hangers to use. Very friendly staff too especially Marcella. The hotel has water dispenser that you can get water anytime you need one for drinking. There are a lot of dining options just beside the hotel and groceries 2 blocks away. The cathedral is 10min walk and train station is only 6min walk. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Highly recommendable.
