Not a good experience. Room not clean. No privacy.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was walking distance to everything. The hotel itself was tired. There were stains on the carpet and the fabric of the chairs in the room. They offered zero amenities—not even a shower cap. The shower splashed water everywhere and there was a puddle of water that was slippery as you left the shower area. The staff was unfriendly. There was only one person at the reception area and they were always on their computer. All the other hotels we stayed at had two staff members at the reception area and gave us a map and a list of recommendation restaurants and points of interest to see at check-in. This hotel was a total disappointment—we will not be returning there on our next trip

Should renovate it

Perfect location. Buses round the corner to Alhambra and across the street to train and bus stations. €1.60 flat fare. Very frequent. Hotel is ok. Reception - only one person who was usually on the phone and wasn’t particularly friendly. Most hotels have two receptionists so you don’t need to wait. Rooms ok. TV only had 3 channels that were accessible. Nice coffee machine but no milk so had to go and ask. Shower needed an upgrade. You have to hold the button for ages to engage the shower head which was old and a lot of the small plastic plugs had come off so it looked terrible from the water/limescale stains. Then the water only dribbles out. Someone should be checking these things and ordering the repairs.

The room is spacious. The location is good and central. The shower is not in good condition as the surface is slippery and water spilled out.

Excellent location and modern amenities. Restaurant on site was plant based and delicious.

Great hotel. Room spacious and clean. Air conditioning good. Bed great We had small issue with water coming through bathroom ceiling one morning. Management fixed it quickly, plus gave us a free breakfast and spa visit! Thanks! We will return

Excellent location

Poor customer service throughout. Room was ok with lovely view out into the square, sadly the windows had not been clean for a long time so the view was rather spoilt. Mentioned to reception that our TV was not working, nor was the extraction in the bathroom and the shower head would not stay in place so you had to hold it whilst showering. They did change the shower head, but the TV and extraction were never fixed. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the spa facilities. Sadly when we wanted to use them on the Sunday it was closed which was somewhat annoying as they had advised us a few days prior to our arrival that it was open 7 days a week. We were advised that if we wanted to use the spa the following day we should give them an hours notice so they could "prepare" it for us. Having given them 4 hours notice via email on Monday we were somewhat bemused that when we asked if we could use the spa we were told we would need to wait an hour! Sadly when we finally get to use the Spa it was a BIG disappointment. Firstly no one showed us where anything was, just told us it was on -3 floor and sent us on our way. When we arrived there was no one there so we just had to wander around and try to find things. Didn't find a Sauna so assume there isn't one. Found the steam room but sadly it only pumped out steam ever 5 or so minutes so was pretty useless. The pool with hydro jets in was cold! The small pool was warm, but you simply had to stand, no jets, no seats. Very Poor!

Really lovely hotel, beautiful room, very well located and easily walkable distance to all attractions. Outdoor seating for the hotel’s bar which is nice, overlooking the square

フロントの対応がとても良かった。 お部屋は広くオシャレ。 クローゼットも広くハンガーもあります。 エスプレッソマシンやお湯を沸かすポットもあります。 シャンプーとボディーソープはありますがコンディショナーはありません。 お部屋にスリッパが無いのでフロントにあるか聞きましたが、用意はありませんでした。 湯船はなく、水圧はそこそこです。 でも、立地はとても良くどこの観光地にも行きやすかった。 朝早い出発でしたが、フロントの方がタクシーも呼んでくれました。

Very lovely room with a big window that slides open. Nice modern style setup and spacious. Fantastic bathroom.

The hotel is very centrally located with a lot of points of interest nearby. Main hotel facilities are modern and clean. My room was a little dated but very clean, and very value for money

Perfekt läge. Lite dålig luft i rummet och sista morgonen fanns inget varmvatten i duschen. Trevligt Spa, men kunde haft lite varmare pooler.

While close to a busy street, this hotel tucked behind a monument to Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus, was a perfect location for this visit. Buses to the train and bus stations are very close by and the bus to the Alhambra couldn't be closer- out the door of the hotel, turn right and there they are! On the edge of the Albaicin district, it is an easy walk to many sites. As a bonus, the hotel has a nice bistro for a drink and meal and you can get a good breakfast in the restaurant. Hotel room decor is dated, but charming at the same time.

Great room with a city view. Close to all local attractions, restaurants and shops. It would be my first choice of i retuened to Granada
