Séjour très agréable, service irréprochable, hôtel très beau et emplacement parfait, seul bémol la restauration de l’hôtel n’est pas au niveau du tarif demandé. Très cher pour des plats très moyen.

Excellent choice. On par with 5 star ski hotels of haut savoie or chamonix. Very easy access to the ski lifts. A bit pricey but worths it

El servicio es muy bueno

The hotel is just amazing and I am not giving it the top rating because of one simple thing: the wifi service is so so bad. And is a pity because the hotel is amazing, the team staff is the best in Baqueira and probably one of the best in Spain. But the internet speed is SO bad.

The staff and the hotel is just amazing. Super friendly and great service. Areas of improvement if you come with family but you still need to work: internet is SO bad. I knew from other reviews but really for me this is a no go in the future not because I don't like it (I loved it) but because I need to be able to have a Conference Call and is impossible. Period.

Superbe hôtel!! Chambre de haut standing et très calme. Service au top avec des attentions supplémentaires. Restaurant la fondue très bon et copieux et un petit déjeuner vraiment parfait!! Un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

La experiencia de hospedaje en general no acompaña ni a la reputación ni al precio que este hotel cobra a sus huéspedes. A lo largo de una semana de hospedaje, tuvimos muchas malas experiencias, y en la mayoría de los casos, los diferentes miembros del staff que generaron dichas experiencias hacían alusión a las nuevas normas del COVID 19, lo cual resultaba irrisorio y frustrante, ya que en efecto el hotel ofrecía muchas deficiencias en su servicio, pero el precio por noche se mantuvo en niveles pre-COVID (700€ x noche!). Es decir, solo excusas para un muy mal servicio ... Ejemplos: cada vez que nos sentamos a comer en alguno de los restaurantes o bares dentro del hotel, los camareros no recogían un solo plato sucio o limpiaban la mesa, hasta el grado en que teníamos que levantarnos los clientes para limpiar nuestras mesas. El room service siempre llevaba algún plato frío y/o pedidos incompletos. El 31 de diciembre decidieron cerrar el bar del hotel a las 8:00 pm, con lo cual tuvimos que salir de nuestro hotel en búsqueda de otro sitio en donde pudiéramos tomarnos una copa de vino y convivir en familia (en noche vieja!!!). No me volvería a quedar en este hotel. La experiencia en general no acompaña al precio que cobran por su hospedaje. Javier Acuña

Espectacular servicio, amablilidad increible, miy bonito quizaa un poco excesivo precio spa. No hay opcion si no se paga por lo demas inmwjorable. El desayuno uno de los mejores.

Second stay at this hotel - Reception staff, concierge/parking staff/ cleaners, all very polite and professional. Pros - very clean, modern, great location as only a short walk to gondola, nice spa, comfy beds Cons - restaurant food nice but not exceptional and expensive.. only two lifts which means a long wait at peak times..some staff at breakfast indifferent, I couldn’t seem to order from the egg menu without them getting it wrong! Then I would have to wait again whilst order was corrected and then eat in my own as family finished.

Es un alojamiento con una calidad excelente. Repetimos y repetiremos. La atención es exquisita y los servicios al clientes unicos. El personal es muy atento y amable. El único objetivo que tienen es hacerte la estancia inolvidable.

Melhor hotel da região. Funcionários muito gentis e competentes. Bons restaurantes. Segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel.
