The staff in this hotel are excellent. My wife had a birthday during our stay and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne on her birthday! I don'e even think we mentioned it, but it was a great surprise that set the tone for the holiday. The staff are very chilled and are always keen to help you - I've travelled a lot, and they are second to none. The pools are clean, the areas around the pool also - nice crowd and good vibes. Clientele is a mix of brits and germans mainly. The location next to Tarida beach (one of the best on Ibiza) is perfect - the sand is clean, fine and white. The sea is neon blue and turquoise and completely clear. There are a few beach clubs which serve good food and drink. A couple of things about the resort: Taxis are difficult to come by spontaneously, so you need to book in advance. If you are going out to one of the clubs at night, you'll probably need to resort to Uber Black to guarantee one turning up. If you're not on it, a car is essential. Whilst the beach is amazing, the sunbeds are 50 euros and min spend 50 euros. Feels a bit of a shame tbh, as other resorts have them at 20 euros - so if you are okay with towel on sand then no worries. Otherwise, it's a quite resort but buses can take you to Ibz or San An.

This was a reasonable place to stay. If you want to get to San Antonio or Ibiza town then it’s a taxi ride taking 30mins plus. Fares from €25 for those places. The taxi service is poor from around 5.30pm onwards, expect a long wait, the wait can easily go over an hour. Then you have to ensure someone else doesn’t grab your taxi! Reasonable pool but I think a little small for the amount of guests staying. Clubby music playing all day around the pool area which I don’t mind. May not be to everyone’s taste. We stayed on breakfast only basis - a fair selection of cooked and cold options. If you are a tea drinker, be prepared to go without, awful! Snacks and drinks available from pool area all day. We only went for 3 days and were out and about a lot. Beds comfortable, air con good.

Had a really nice stay with great food and close proximity to lovely Cala Tarida Beach. However, the front desk staff initially tried to rip us off as the double room was booked by one traveller without the second person being involved in the booking process. So beware!!

Helt ok hotell, fin liten pool , tråkig bar o All Inkclusive , trodde inte det skulle finnas restauranger i närheten , men det gör det och inte så dyrt som alla skrev att det var. Fin strand nära . Men långt om man skall åka på utflykt eller vill in till stan .

Located in a lovely area of Ibiza, by a great beach this hotel was just lovely. It is quite basic, but the food options were decent (I was only B&B) and overall it is value for money. I would warn that the walls are paper thin, so if you are a light sleeper, it might not be for you. Overall, I wasn't in the hotel very much but it was a good base -- I'd recommend it for that.

La limpieza mejorable. Tuve un problema con el agua caliente que no salía, avisé y lo arreglaron, pero tardaba mucho en salir. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda. La zona es agradable, aunque no hay muchas cosas cerca. En el buffet no había una gran variedad, pero estaba bastante bien.

Wir hatten einen 4-tägigen Kurzurlaub. Geschlafen haben wir hervorragend! Schöne Hotelanlage. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber - wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig. Man findet etwas um satt zu werden, aber ein Genuss ist es nicht. Es fehlt an gutem Fleisch! Der Automaten-Kaffee ist wirklich ekelhaft. Die Sauberkeit in der Anlage könnte besser sein, besonders im Restaurantbereich. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

As a black woman from the United States & a solo traveler, not welcomed there, it definitely felt a lil racist and I tried to make the best of my time but was more than ready to Leave. Most suboptimal hotel in my extensive travel experience worldwide. Stayed 3 nights. Pros: proximity to beach. Cons: staff unhelpful, they just don’t care, anything you need requires a 10 euro deposit at front desk, including a reusable plastic cup, beds are terrible, noise from the central pool area, every morning they moved furniture for 30 min just dragging it all over the floor above us, No parking, no easy way to unload luggage, no help either, no iron on request. I could go on.

La limpieza mejorable. Tuve un problema con el agua caliente que no salía, avisé y lo arreglaron, pero tardaba mucho en salir. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda. La zona es agradable, aunque no hay muchas cosas cerca. En el buffet no había una gran variedad, pero estaba bastante bien.

Wir hatten einen 4-tägigen Kurzurlaub. Geschlafen haben wir hervorragend! Schöne Hotelanlage. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber - wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig. Man findet etwas um satt zu werden, aber ein Genuss ist es nicht. Es fehlt an gutem Fleisch! Der Automaten-Kaffee ist wirklich ekelhaft. Die Sauberkeit in der Anlage könnte besser sein, besonders im Restaurantbereich. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

The staff weren’t friendly. A lot of stares and no greeting . As a black woman from the United States & a solo traveler, not welcomed there, it definitely felt a lil racist and I tried to make the best of my time but was more than ready to Leave. The food wasn’t great. It’s a family resort which I didn’t know. It’s far from many of the tourist areas , and clubs .

Posizione buona direttamente sulla spiaggia di cala tarida. Struttura datata. Abbiamo prenotato una doppia con metratura ampia, pagando di più, ci è stata data una camera a piano terra per portatori di handicap con vista parcheggio sterrato e non ristrutturata come specificato nella email. Cibo discreto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Most suboptimal hotel in my extensive travel experience worldwide. Stayed 3 nights. Pros: proximity to beach. Cons: staff unhelpful, they just don’t care, anything you need requires a 10 euro deposit at front desk, including a reusable plastic cup, beds are terrible, noise from the central pool area, every morning they moved furniture for 30 min just dragging it all over the floor above us, No parking, no easy way to unload luggage, no help either, no iron on request. I could go on.
