Die Lage war top um abzuschalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mich in all meinen Anfragen top beraten. Das Restaurant Salivent war hervorragend und das Essen war einfach grossartig. Würde wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Newly renovated hotel, amazing rooftop and views onto the sea. However, our shower didn’t work very well, sprayed water everywhere and we had no hot water on our first morning which we had to request get fixed. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool staff were very kind. We had a room with an outdoor tub, and that was really great! We came here for our honeymoon and although we informed the hotel before hand and they responded acknowledging our special event, nothing was done to make our stay feel particularly special. Given this is a 5 star hotel, I didn’t feel like the overall experience met such a standard.

The food was excellent with a huge variety of options. Staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We found our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and keen to help. The area is relatively quiet with some nice hotels and restaurants close by. Pool service could be improved slightly, the pool menu only opens for a couple of hours in the afternoon with limited options.

Great place, seemed like they were cutting costs in weird places. Signs in the shower about how much water costs. Wouldn’t let you fill a water bottle in the gym and wouldn’t give you ice. Overall, great view at the pool and a nice buffet, but the strange rules made it seem cheap although they advertise at a luxury resort.

El hotel había sido inaugurado hacía menos de una semana cuando llegamos. Las aperturas son muy complicadas y hay que coger el ritmo. Pero el hotel es fantástico, ubicación excepcional, personal super amable.
