Just got back from a great week's family holiday. Ticked every box for us, price,location,food etc. Big shout out to the service, absolutely brilliant from the animation team to the waiting staff. Puts some 5 star hotels we've stayed at to shame

The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day. Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom

El resto, todo bien, aunque teniendo en cuenta el precio (+300€/noche) esas cosas no tendrían que ocurrir.

As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended. Queues at the bars are limited to few due to some self service options. The food is varied and great quality. The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked. Another perfect holiday.

The hotel was good. The food was acceptable. Decent choices each day. Definitely a family oriented hotel. The pool area is over crowded although there were plenty of loungers as a result. Perfect budget getaway for an all inclusive option.

The food and beverages were definitely of a much higher quality and better taste compared to the other five hotels we stayed at. However, the air conditioning could have been cooler, as it was centralized. Hotels should specify the type of air conditioning they have, so guests can make an informed choice. A comfortable night's sleep is essential, and the right sleeping temperature plays a crucial role in achieving it.

Our stay at the hotel is very good. Five star to the entertainment team and the staff. There are lots of activities for all ages, from kids to adults to the whole family. The furniture in the room need to be upgraded - worn table legs etc. The dinner food cuisine varies day by day which is great!
