This venue is spectacular. It is beautifully located with a magnificent view of the Serra de Tramuntana. The shuttle servie to Port Soller was very convenient. The Hotel staff was extremely professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful report , excellent and helpful staff . The only problem we had were the number of bees that frequently gathered around our breakfast table, disturbed our peace and interrupted us making us having to leave the table.

What stuck out to me at this hotel is the beautiful sunset views. If you eat at breakfast or lunch at their restaurant beware of the bees that will attack you. I think the staff should let you know about that before seating you as its a well known issue. The tasting menu restaurant food was not good. It was beautiful and the woman explaining everything was awesome but the food did not have flavor.

Beautiful area, nice hotel and good for kids but not worth the price. Not like other jumeriah properties in Dubai. Staff friendly but very young and not experienced. Needs stronger management and leadership during busy periods.

The hotel has stunning views and the property is amazing. The service is meh but that is the same across Europe where nobody is in a hurry to do anything. The staff were friendly but they didn’t go out of their way to help you get from the hotel to the port etc. this is the biggest complaint. The hotel sits 1.7kms up a very steep hill from the port. Lack of shuttles and help getting rides was awful. I’d never go back. Dripping sweat everyday time we had to walk down or up. If you go rent a car or scooter. Cause it ruined the stay.

When we first entered the hotel, we were amazed by the breathtaking ocean view, and we were touched again by the kindness of the staff who helped us with check-in. It was quite hot when we visited, but we were grateful to be offered cold towels and refreshing drinks. I still remember the warm smile of the friendly staff member who handed them to us. The Michelin-starred restaurant was outstanding, and the complimentary breakfast was also exceptional. The view, service, food, and cleanliness of the hotel—everything was perfect. It was truly the best hotel and will remain a happy and wonderful memory for a long time. If I get the chance, I would love to go back again

A wonderful place .. the staff are great and friendly attending any wish you may have. We stayed at a junior suite with a balcony sea view which was serene. the hotel is well maintained and has great restaurants onsite. highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure that we had the right sleeping arrangements for our baby, however having stayed at other Jumeirah hotels the facilities in general were not great. There was no baby pool, there was no where to walk with a pram and getting to the room required three different lifts. The hotel is small and there is not much to do with young children. Breakfast was average a la carte, like in most hotels, but not the Jumeirah UAE standard which we were looking forward to. I would like to add that the restaurant staff were friendly and room service was helpful, however the options available as standard were limited. We ended up having by to go home early and shortening our stay and Expedia and the hotel were both helpful to accommodate.

Omg!!! this is a five star hotel Michelin star restaurant so amazing literally the best hotel view from our balcony over the Mediterranean Sea sunset. Every night from our room was amazing. The best spaghetti Bolognese you have ever had love this place.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure that we had the right sleeping arrangements for our baby, however having stayed at other Jumeirah hotels the facilities in general were not great. There was no baby pool, there was no where to walk with a pram and getting to the room required three different lifts. The hotel is small and there is not much to do with young children. Breakfast was average a la carte, like in most hotels, but not the Jumeirah UAE standard which we were looking forward to. I would like to add that the restaurant staff were friendly and room service was helpful, however the options available as standard were limited. We ended up having by to go home early and shortening our stay and Expedia and the hotel were both helpful to accommodate.

Omg!!! this is a five star hotel Michelin star restaurant so amazing literally the best hotel view from our balcony over the Mediterranean Sea sunset. Every night from our room was amazing. The best spaghetti Bolognese you have ever had love this place.
